These make great little cakes
I've wanted these mini bundt pans for years. I've been pleased with them so far. I baked the basic recipe that came with the pans. I used non-stick spray before baking and the cakes tumbled beautifully right out of the pan after 10 minutes of cooling. These little cakes are great to give away to teachers, coworkers, friends, etc. or to put in packed lunches. They make elegant looking little desserts without much effort. I give these mini bundt pans a big thumbs up!!

Great for Pound Cakes
I ordered this pan for the sole purpose of baking pound cakes.I am very please with the results.It's an excellent substitute for the conventional tube pan I use.

FALSE ADVERTISING
This angel food cake pan is STEEL construction, not aluminum.Just got my pan, via Amazon, made in China, and yeah it is heavy.Steel is so much heavier than aluminum.Check this out: try a magnet on it.It sticks everywhere.Aluminum is not ferromagnetic.
