Disagree with Sticking comment
When I read the previous review made on this pan, it stated that the cake looks good, but that cumbs stick to the inside of the pan. I have purchased this model and several other from Nordiware and as long as you butter in the insides well enough, the cake slides out without a problem and the cleanup takes less then 1 minute.
Buyer Beware
Maybe I have the only "bad" model, but I'd be very wary about purchasing this item. The cakes bake just fine, but the end result is usually a pile of crumbs because the cakes just stick to all the nooks and crannies in this pan. I've contacted the manufacturer whose answer was to just keep trying until the pan is seasoned. Well, after about a dozen unsuccessful attempts at baking cakes in this pan, I give up. I've generously greased and floured this "non-stick" pan and still no luck. On the other hand, it makes a great dieting device because of all the lost cakes and calories. ... Read more
