Another rocking,warped skillet/braiser!
I have been looking for a 10-13" skillet/braiser that will remain flat on my electric flat cooktop.After reading all the descriptions-page after page, I thought the Anolon Titanium would do the trick;however, after one(1) heat up on high to fry some hamburger, I had a pan that wobble terribly on its middle point(right where Anolon stamps its logo).One can whirl the pan on this point with ease.This product may be great for the gas cooktop, but do not get it if you want a flat bottom pan for your electric cooktop.The handles stayed cool and had a good grip feel and balance for carrying and cooking. ... Perfect Dinner
I used this for the first time this week.I wanted something rustic, so I decided to braise turkey thighs with some root vegetables.Preparing the dinner was almost as good as the finished product.

This is becoming my favorite pan.
When I ordered this item, I thought I ordered the stainless steel pan, but when it came it was the LTD.Not a problem.I have had it two days and it is already my favorite pan.I made chicken Marsala for guests the first night and scrambled eggs for breakfast.One of the best things is that it is not only a cooking pan but a serving dish as well.Another point is that it takes less heat for cooking.Instead of turning on the burner at full power, I turn it to medium and I don't burn anything.No hot spots but a nice even heat over the entire pan. Great pans
I've used my Sitram cookware for more than a year with no problems, and customer service was great the one time I contacted them. Don't let one dissatisfied customer keep you from trying and buying this item.

This a wonderful pan. Don't think you can beat Calphalon Commercial Nonstick. I have had other cheaper nonstick and they don't last like Calphalon does. I'm buying another!!!Great pan for Mac and Cheese
The 2nd or 3rd time I used this pan, I burned it so badly, I thought for sure it was "trash".Not this pan, it works great, still hasn't peeled, and is absolutely fantastic for making macaroni and cheese, the cheese sauce rinses out great.I also use it to "Quick Cook" veggies like Broccoli, Cauliflower etc. Where I add a little bit of water and blast it at high heat for about 4 minutes.I find myself reaching for this pan time and time again.

Damaged item on two seperate orders..
I ordered this item because of the great reviews and was excited to receive it. I received the first shipment damaged on both the lid and pot. It wasn't in the original box and the packaging was terrible. I was sent a second pot and even though it was in the original box, it had a 3 inch long scratch on the lid. If I am paying full price for an all clad stainless pot, I expect it to be pristine. I have not received a response from Amazon yet about a replacement. I will give them one more shot.

My Most Used Piece of Large Cookware
For Christmas last year, my husband gave me my All Clad 13" brasier.I can't say enough good things about it.I reach for it constantly when I'm making a dish that requires some space.It serves a myraid of functions and looks great going from the oven/stovetop to the table. This pan is great!
I recently ordered this pan, wondering if it would be worth the money.I have a smooth cooktop and my larger saute pans don't have flat bottoms which causes the pans to spin when I stir - very annoying.This problem is solved with this pan!It is very heavy duty so warping won't happen.It is wonderful to cook in and cleans up easily.The cooking surface at the base is about 10 inches, and at the top the pan is about 13".I chose this particular pan because I knew I would be able to cook a wide variety of meals in it.My smothered pork chops were awesome when cooked in this pan.I'm hooked! ... Not very happy with it
The size was perfect. But food sticks to the bottom of the pan and is not too easy to clean either. I prefer a non-stick pan to this.
"While Supplies Last"
Another reviewer gave this pan high praise and, rather than repeat it, I will simply agree. Although my preference is for cookware with long handles, this is one pan you can take from stove to table. With trivet underneath, it makes a fine serving dish. I love this pan!
All of my pans are the Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized pans and so I knew I'd love the way it cooked before I purchased it.This pan is a great size!Perfect for browning hamburger meat, chicken, etc.The rounded bottom and sides make it easy to scrape the sides and it is deep enough that the stove isn't spattered with "stuff".I am very happy with this pan.Easy to cook in and easy to clean up.Very important, pre-heat the pan to keep foods from sticking.Also very important, no dishwasher soap, only dish soap.I always soak the pan with a little soap and hot water before attempting to clean it and they always clean-up easily if I do this.Like I said, I love this pan! ...
