One of my favorite gadgets
This is useful and fun, what more could you ask ? You can use one or two probes. The probes are connected to the transmitter, you then turn on the remote, then the transmitter. I use it for everything, steaks, chops, whatever. I go into the living room and watch the remote. When the temperature gets over about 100 I turn the meat over if necessary. The only thing I have noticed is the temperatures that trigger the audible alarm are set too high, likely thanks to lawyers. For example, when I set it to medium rare for beef, it was more like medium. Now I set it on rare ( 140 ) and get a perfect medium rare. For pork the number is 170. I take it off at 160. After all, it continues to cook after it is taken off. Before I bought this I used to guess but now I get perfect results every time. Highly recommended.

THE best wireless transmitter for the money
This transmitter works flawlessly. The dual-probes let you track two meats - or if you are like me and like to cook things at low (200-250 degree) temperatures it is invaluable to free you from having to sit next to the grill the whole time.
Don't waste your money.
This would be a fantastic item - if only it would work! I followed the instructions exactly and repeatedly for set up.It works great for about 20 minutes, then it loses the remote signal from the probes even when the receiver is located 15 feet away from my smoker. The signal won't come back until I go through set up, re-entering every setting only to lose the signal again in about 20 minutes. The feature I like best is the notched metal scraper.I have a Weber and this notch fits the grill grate perfectly so it does a good job of scraping the grate.

These are BIG

Tool Holder Falling Off or Bending??? Try This!!!!
I purchased this item after reading the reviews that appear here. Several people mentioned that the tool holder would fall off if you removed the lid; another mentioned that heat from the grill had made the hooks bend out of shape.My solution was to purchase the Weber Condiment Holder and hang the tool holder on the outside of that rack.Problems solved!! My utensils are close at hand and there is no risk of getting burned by touching the outside of the grill.

How could you go wrong for FOUR bucks?
For 4 bucks, this product is great. It is easy to install and holds my tools. Be warned that the tools may get a little hotter than you expect, but once the BBQ cools off from its initial super hot phase (the first 15 minutes) it works very well. I find that it works better with tools that have the little leather rope to hang them by. This tool is a must when I am grilling in a public area and don't really have a good place to put my tongs or spatula.

A mistake that turned out great!
I ordered this set without looking close enough to see that it wasn't the similar Weber Style "professional" tool set.
Large, durable, and easy to clean -- what more could you want?
I recommend this set of tools mostly for the size of the tools, durability, and ease of cleaning.They are rather stylish as well, if that matters to you.Along with Weber's 18-inch grill brush (you'll be sorry -- and singed -- if you get the short brush), you'll have all of the tools you need to grill.

don't buy it
i received this product in the mail 5 minutes ago, opened the box and pulled it out for testing. the pos doesn't work. the power won't come on. i replaced the battery with a new one and it still won't light up. I guess I got the 1 in a million that made it through quality assurance defective. great workmanship, guys.

If you like grilling kabobs these are great skewers for you.Basically, there are two main types of skewers available in the market.Metal and Wooden.Wooden ones can be made of bamboo or other wood types and often are round shape.The problem with wood skewers is that they can get burnt if the grill is quite hot so you have to soak the skewers in water before use.Also, because they are round, it's difficult to "flip" the skewer so that you can evenly grill the kabobs or whatever else you are grilling.

Good, but could be improved
I like this thermometer, but like others I've had problems with the range - I'd say it's about 35-40 feet in my home.I don't like the fact that it doesn't alert you when it's lost a signal and I also don't like having to open the battery compartment door to turn on the transmitter.Improve those few things and I'd give it 5 stars. I wouldn't mind if the wires were about a foot longer too.

When it works it works great, but...
I purchased this product about two years ago and it's great for cooking meats on the grill. No more second guessing whether the chicken is done (or overdone).
A real lemon.
Used it 4 times and it worked great. The fifth and last time I tried it, (it's now going into the trash can.)it gave such a false reading that I screw up my nice lamb shoulder. Best to use the old fashioned instant thermometer - at least it's accurate. So there you are - $39 for a usless thermometer and $11 for a ruined lamb shoulder.

Feels heavy, looks good, and performs well.The brush utensil, though, left behind its shards of 'brushes' as I used it. Great Cover, Excellent Value
I have tried many grill covers in the past, ones you buy locally, thin and flimsy and last about one season. This cover is an excellent value, very well made. I live in a very hot windy climate and so far this is the best value for a grill cover that I have been able to find. The hook and loop fasteners on the side along with the weight of the cover will keep it in place through all types of weather. The heat resistant material that the cover is made of is a big plus, you can place the cover on a hot grill only after about 5-8 minutes of cooling. The cover is also very easy to clean, spray it off with the hose and dry it with a clean towel if desired.

DOES AS EXPECTED
Bought this to replace a flimsy cover I got for $15. This one is doing what I expect it to do -stay even when the wind is howling, protect the grill from the outdoor elements, not tear with constant taking off and putting back on since we use our grill a lot during summer. GOOD DEAL for the price.

AWESOME!
If I could give it 10 stars I would. I have NEVER tasted better meat,chicken, or fish. 20 mins in the tumbler with ANY marinade and the food is 200% infused with the flavor of your marinade. The clean up is SUPER easy. Throw the tumbler in the dishwasher and take 1 minute to wash the top. No need to remove the rubber seal from the top, as that will decrease the longevity. The seal doesn't let anything get in that will contaminate it anyways. This is absolutely the indespensible kitchen item for non-vegetarians :-) As a test I put in thawed thick cut bacon in it with some maple syrup and pepper and it was so good I made another pound immediatly afterwards. Works excellent on venison. No gamey taste and as I said earlier,,it totally infuses the meat with flavor. Additionally you don't have to baste your meat in between flips on the grill or whatever technique you use. Buy this product NOW! I know it sounds like a review written by an employee of the company, but I assure you I'm an Air Force man with a wife and two kids. We use this machine at least 4 nights a week.

pure garbage - refurbished
I didn't even bother completely unpacking the thing. Old worn unsealed box, all the plastic surfaces looked as is scrubbed with 'Comet cleanser', sheen of grease residue on plastic too. The bag that the instructions were enclosed in had been through the mill too. I've been a long time Amazon customer and this is the first time I've seen this type of garbage. Therefore I put it on the manufacturer and not Amazon. If I buy a used, refurbished item I don't expect to pay full price.

I can't believe these gloves haven't been reviewed by anyone else yet! I've had mine for a year now and they are absolutely great for handling hot foods. I use them for pulling pork butt or moving hot chicken from the grill (or oven) to the cutting board (and then to hold onto it while carving it). When I can't smoke pork butt outside in the winter, I do pulled pork in my crockpot and with these gloves I can shove my hands right into the scalding liquid of the crockpot to remove the butt and then pull it apart. Good Tool
I am writing this in response to several reviews that critisized the lack of control for various cooking temperatures.Actually there is a wide range of cooking temperatures if one ignores the recommended ranges for specific meats/fish. Beef starts at 135 degrees (rare) and poultry is fixed at 180 degrees.This effectively allows a range between 135 and 180 degrees which covers the gamut of doneness.I really like this tool.

Lack of control makes this a poor product
Let me start out by sharing the positive: I haven't had any issues or problems with syncing the transmitter and monitor, and the range seems acceptable.

This injector works great for a few times, but then cracks, not allowing you to suck-up the marinade or inject it. This was only hand-washed after every use.Don't waste your money on it; you will pull it out to use it, and will not be able to when you need it [like when you have that big turkey sitting on the counter, and find the injector unusable].The acrylic body needs to be redesigned and manufactured with another, more durable material, then it would be absolutely great.
