Toaster Oven Casserole Pan
This is an excellent pan to use in the toaster oven to cook meats, small casseroles, etc.I use it to oven fry chicken, or steaks.It is the perfect size to bake chicken breasts, stew beef for two, or meat and vegetables.The non-stick surface cleans well.This is my second one, and I use it practically every day.The price was extremely reasonable and the product will last a long time.

Non-stick coating peels again
My widowed mother-in-law badly needed a pan to use in her toaster oven and was delighted when I found this little Nordic Ware casserole pan; it was the perfect size.Within a month, however, the black non-stick coating began to peel in dime-size circles.She never puts anything in her dishwasher and is a diligent rule-follower -- I know this was not something she caused.I have no doubt Bed, Bath & Beyond will replace it, but it doesn't look like there are any other choices.I would much prefer to buy her something heavier and well made without a non-stick coating.We'll see.

Works as it's supposed to...
This set has the perfect sizes for what I needed.It cooks well (I had to adjust the cooking time a bit though -- needed a few more minutes than with traditional bakeware) and it cleans up like a breeze!We're happy with the set.

Great replacement
I replaced my worn out cookie sheets with this product. I chose primarily because the cookie sheets are dishwasher safe. Most often I use them to roast vegetables and therefore they end up with a lot of grease. It is easy to wash off the worse, and then place in the dishwasher. It gets rid of all the excess oil which is really hard to wash off by hand.

Great heavy lasagna pan
This is a great looking 9x13 pan with good proportions.It is really deep and makes a great tall lasagna.It is extremely heavy when fully loaded with a lasagna.Its bulk gives it even cooking in the oven, but can be difficult to get out of the oven after your lasagna is done.I have made many other things in this pan with great results.It is fairly non-stick and has not stained even after several lasagnas.The enamel is fairly bulletproof.

We travel.While I love our fifth wheel, there are draw backs to the tiny kitchen.The oven does not always cook items without burning on the bottom.The air pan stops this problem.

Fabulous
I had the old metal baking stuff, but I am in the process of getting rid of it and replacing it with silicone. It takes less space, nothing sticks and you feel like a domestic goddess. The bundt pan in silicone is utterly fabulous - I used to have all these akward get-the-cake-out-of-the-pan moments when I made bundt cakes. But with silicone, you sort of do a couple of twists and voila! Perfect!

Greatest Bakeware Ever
This is by far the greatest bakeware ever invented. You can burn anything, nothing sticks and the food is cooked evenly throughout. Plus they fold up into tiny spaces. I am throwing away everything else and only buying this stuff.

Very nice, solid roasting rack.
This rack is very nice and heavy-duty.I cooked an 18lb turkey on it with ease.The non-stick coating seems durable enough for the purpose and the rack is plenty large and heavy enough.The only reason I am giving it four instead of five stars is that the piece could have easily been made even sturdier by using a few more welds.There are a number of points on the rack where the metal rods simply touch one-another and are not welded.While the rack held my 18lb turkey with no problems, it seems to me that two or three more spot welds by the manufacturer would greatly increase the durability of the item.That being said- it is the sturdiest rack I have found so far.

This is the Rack for the Big Turkey!
I use this Calphalon Large Roasting Rack in an 18-inch Calphalon Hard Anodized French Roaster, and it works quite well for a 25-lb. turkey. When the roasting has been completed, it's easy to lift this rack out of the roaster and slide the roasted turkey onto a carving board, using washable cloth pot holders. (No need for any special 'poultry lifters.') The roasting rack must be gently washed by hand, using mild liquid soap and a plastic scrubber, if necessary, in order to preserve the nonstick coating. Don't put it in the dishwasher or the nonstick coating could flake off.

Toasty turkey!
We bought this to use this Thanksgiving for our 20 lb turkey...but couldn't wait.We have used several times to raost chicken and it is great.The chicken cooked faster than our cookbooks had suggested and it cooked very evenly.Clean up was nice too...just a little hot soapy water was enough to remove the cooked on drippings.We did a lot of comparison pricing before we purchased this item...the price was right in line with many of the cheaper and no name brands that I had seen on sale. ... A great value
I am a bit of a Le Creuset fanatic, and I admit it. I use this dish constantly. I am cooking for just my husband and myself usually and this is a good size for loads of recipes. It's a great workhorse that can take a lot of heat and a lot of knocks. It cleans up beautifully. Highly recommended.

This little dish is perfection.I'm rather hard on my bakeware so I was a little leery of buying something like Le Creuset if I was going to stain, chip and otherwise wreck it.All of my worries were unfounded.I've never owned stoneware that was so easy to clean.I've burned on (BADLY) casserole and au gratin potatoes and with an hour soak, you would never know that anything had burned onto it.Yesterday I had also dropped this pan out of my oven.I was prepared to see chipping, breakage, splits... something.Nope.This pan survived about a 1 foot fall on its handle right out of my oven without as much as a scratch.
