I have to use paper liners.
Having individual sized loaves are really so much handier than making one big one.I used the Cuisinart French Bread recipes and the loaves turned out well. I plan to use this for mini pound cakes and meatloaves.

Garbage
I bought this about two years ago and immediatly started using it. For a short period of time it worked just fine... and then everything started to stick to it. I finally through this in the garbage due to a coffee cake being stuck in there and not coming out, and no amount of cleaning would restore the pan. I will admit that I'm not a great cook, but I followed all the precautions for a non-stick pan and never overcooked anything. So, for me, this was a big letdown.

I've baked 15+ cakes using various ingredients and every single one of the cakes has turned out excellent.I turn the temperature down by 25 degrees as is recommended on the label, and while every cake I've baked in these pans has come out a bit lighter in color than if I had used a regular pan, none of the cakes have ever come out dry or inedible.(True, part of the science behind this is dependent upon your oven temperature.)One thing worth noting is these pans cool down fairly quickly so you can just about wash them almost soon after (about 5 minutes) you take your cake out of the pan. ... Very nice
This one is a big one works great cooks everything from cookies to baked chicken to enchiladas. Perfect for larger families. Nonstick and very easy to clean. I love it I even ordered me a second one because it was such a great value for my money. I love it. Highly recommended.

Better than Nordic Ware and I have both. Fits in my 30" oven just fine. Has wide handles for easier lifting. Don't use metal or hard utensils, don't use antthing other than a plastic scratch pad or dish cloth and mild liquid dish soap, wash by hand only. As tempting as it is, don't put it in the dishwasher.Don't broil it and it will last. Nice stuff. Highly recommended. It is a big one.

Looks like a decent pan, has a nice heavy weight.But my oven door won't close with this cookie sheet inside, so back it goes.Measure your oven's depth before you order.(Notice that the Amazon description says "The cookie sheet measures 11 by 17 inches"; this is incorrect.)

Bad idea if you are thinking cheesecakes
I thought the four 4.5 inch springform pans would be equivalent to one 9.0 inch springform pan.After all, the areas are equal, i.e. 4 * 2.25 * 2.25 * pi == 4.5 * 4.5 * pi.I thought I could use the recipe for a 9-inch cheesecake and have 4 4.5-inch cheesecakes that tasted the same but were a more convenient size for giving as gifts.
Kaiser La Forme Mini Springform pans w/stencils
The springform pans are as I expected form Kaiser products but the stencils are "cheesy", being made from thin cardboard or plastic. These stencils will not last long. Having chosen Kaiser because they had stencils with the pans was a waste of money. Choose cheaper set and make your own stencils.

Beautiful bowl, but misleading item description
This bowl is lovely, but that doesn't fix the fact that it doesn't fit in my Kitchenaid Accolade.The first line under "Features" here on Amazon reads, "Works with any KitchenAid Pivot Head stand mixer", which the Accolade IS (a pivot head mixer).But this bowl does not fit in the base of the mixer, it is to narrow, so it doesn't lock in place.So be sure to check the quart size of your mixer before you purchase this bowl.

JUST THE RIGHT SIZE MIXING BOWL
The bowl arrived in perfect condition and came quicker than expected.I like the size.It is great for mixing smaller amounts. A lot of times the 5 quart bowl that came with the mixer is just too big.

best stoneware for baking
My loving and kind boyfriend surprised me on my birthday with this Le Creuset stoneware. I used this dish for the very first time to bake lasagna. I was so impressed how the food was evenly baked.I highly recommend this product.

Upscale bakeware
I purchased this item based on the good reviews. I was primarily interested in purchasing an attractive dish. The red dish looks great -- perfect for oven-to-table use. It was a pleasant surprise to find that food turns out so much better than with the Pyrex I was using. It bakes even and food stays moist. It is very easy to clean.

Baker's Edge pan is a hit!
I wanted to add my two cents to the other ratings.I followed the history of the pan through the contest to its final production and recently purchased mine.It is well made, attractive and easy to clean.For Father's Day I made the recipe for Pineapple Upside Down Cake from the www.BakersEdge.com site.It looked pretty and tasted just as good.I am definitely going to be using it as often as possible, not just for brownies but for other cakes too.I used a yellow cake box mix for the upside down cake and it fit perfectly so I am going to start experimenting.Again, a great buy, a great gift for bakers, a great addition to your kitchen.

We have been using the Baker's Edge for about a month now and have perfected our cobbler recipes. Very easy to bake great desserts. We use canned low sugar pie filling and in no time we have an elegant baked dessert. I recommend this bakeware along with the other happy campers.

When I was first married over 30 years ago, I remember my mom saying that even if it seemed extravagant, it was worth it to buy quality cookware. Good but Heavy
I bought this set with its 3 piece bowl set.When it arrived it was broken,but when mentioned to amazon was replaced in few days.This set is nice, but too heavy. Also have to be very careful as it can chip fast. This was one of my first set i bought so am yet happy with it.
Bake and Serve Casserole Set
I recently broke two of my favorite pieces of Corelle Baking and Serving Dishes. I looked on several sites and it seemed all I could find was the handleless French Style Corningware, which I have and find hard to use due to being without handles. This Bakeware has great handles and I love it. I love the Chutney on the side, I compared this price with ordering just two piece of the same thing in Abundance Design and the oblong baking dish separate and it was $10.00 more without the ramkins. This was a better value.

This set arrived in broken pieces.Although the pattern and overall look of these products were quite beautiful, it was obvious from the packaging, that pieces would always arrive scattered.The pieces were slotted within the cardboard separaters but no further care was given to those pieces shifting and hitting each other during shipment and handling.I would not purchase this product again. ... AWESOME DEEP DISH PIZZA
I've prided myself on my homemade pizza for years. It's something I take very seriously no matter if I am making my dough from scratch, or if time doesn't permit, using pre-made refridgerated dough. Now I've used all sorts of pizza pans to bake my pies from the round aluminum sheets, to the large round sheets with the holes in them, to the rectangular pans that pizzerias use for deep dish pizza. Bottom line is that none of them gave as true a pizzeria taste as when I used a baking stone.But if there's one drawback I had from using my stone is was my love of deep dish pizza.You could make some thick doughs on the stone, but ultimately you usually ended up with a very thick crust at the edges while the cheese, sauce, and other items all slid to the center of the pie.

Pyrex is the best!
These bowls are some of the most versatile bowls I've ever used.Not only can you mix in them, they are microwavable and dishwasher safe.I have used these bowls for at least 10 years and they continue to be unscratched or cracked.These bowls are a must for any cook's kitchen!

Smaller than expected
These bowls were a lot smaller than I had expected.Even in the big one I have to be careful when I use my mixers so that the batter doesn't splatter all over the floor and the counter.

Just right!
I like the sizes, I like the weight and thickness of the bowls. I used the large one and it was just right for pureeing a sixteen ounce can of whole peeled tomatoes. I used the large bowl for the wet ingredients and the middle sized bowl for the dry while making banana bread and they were just right. I paid $10 to get them from Target/Amazon including shipping. One flaw
These silicone baking dishes are great except for one flaw that can be major or minor depending on your personal use: You can't cut anything in these pans.If you like to bake something and cut it while it is still in the pan, forget it with these, because the knife will cut right through the pan.

Microwave before bake, save a lot of time & energy
I'm able to microwave my cake (for 2-3 min, till it rise-up) before put it into the regular oven for 5-10 min. By doing this, it save me a lot of time & energy; now I am able to make the cake in 20min. This is great. But remember, you'll still need the non-stick cooking spray.

Less Work With Better Results
I have only one complaint about this rolling pin: that it wasn't available thirty years ago!The first use of this Kitchenaid Nonstick Rolling Pin proved its vast superiority to the more traditional pins I've used, and subsequent experiments with other pins confirmed it.Its increased heaviness does more of the work for the cook, without being too heavy for delicate doughs. The increased circumference allows it to contact more of the food to be rolled.The nonstick surface resists sticking nicely, and its handles are much easier to hold than either the ball-bearing type or the stationary ones.In short, this pin allows the cook to get on with the job, and to do it better.
