very sturdy pans
ive used them a few times now, and love them, especially since i was in need of cookie sheets and the orginal higher priced ones i wanted was out of stock, so i purchased these. so far so good, no burning or sticking, things slide right off, which since there is no sides, ive almost lost items as i pull out of oven because they donmt stick...so watch that you dont drop your cookies off sides...lol. and since you dont want to get water inbetween the layers, the back side has 4 holes in corners to drain, but are tiny, but since this doesnt stick so far, a fast wipe/rinse is all you need and no need to imerse under water(ive had this style before,differant brand, and never could get water to drain and they stuck, so had to imerses) but these are as described, clean up easy and no stick or burn. cant go wrong witht the price either!! a good buy if your picky! ... Works fine.
Like all Good Grips items, this is easy to hold and use. Have used it with a variety of frostings including butter cream, sour cream andcreme fraiche, and cream cheese with no problems. Applies nicely and evenly for small and large hands alike. Works much better than the improvised alternatives of butter knife and/or plastic spatula.

broken TWICE
This isn't a review of the product since we could never use it. We ordered this because the price looked so good and we thought it would be a nice set to have. The first time it arrived the delivery person advised us to open it- sure enough it was SHATTERED beyond recognition (though it made a pretty sound). So we rejected the box. We decided to give it a second go, thinking they couldn't possibly botch the packing twice. Lo and behold the second set arrived - at least recognizable as cookware this time - but broken again. It is so clear from someone who packs and sends items that whoever packed this assumed it was a box of bricks. Many of the packing airbags were FLAT in both cases, but there wouldn't have even been enough to stop breakage even if they were all inflated. Essentially three sides of the box were padded, not even top and bottom. No more fragile purchases here!

Practical and Pleasing
I've used these to bake everything from a rump roast to Shepard's pie, and the are fantastic.Nice and think porcelain meaning no burnt bottoms and a breeze to clean.The large pot will hold a 6lb roast with no problems.The smaller one is perfect for side dishes like green bean casserole or baked beans. Best part is they are pleasing to the eye and make a perfect serving dish...straight from the oven to the table.

My turkey pan!
There are lots of obvious uses for this pan, such as jumbo portions of lasagna.But for me, this is also the pan I haul out at Thanksgiving for turkey duty.Rather than use a conventional covered roasting pan that'll spend 11 months of the year gathering dust out in the garage, I've found this -- with the turkey size Reynolds oven roasting bags -- to be the perfect solution for extra-large (around 22 lbs.) birds.

not reliable quality
I guess I also got a defective torch!it takes 10-15 tries to get the torch to light, and the flame is hard to keep lit, when it does stay lit, I can't seem to get any sort of melting without lighting the sugar on fire and charing it.perhaps I'm using it wrong, but the directions are VERY vauge.the ramekins are great, but the torch...

I purchased this set with some apprehension after reading one reviewer who claimed the product couldn't produce a steady flame.Honestly, I'm not sure if that reviewer was using the product improperly or just got a defective one; my experience has been quite the opposite. The unit is a cinch to fill with butane (not included with the set), reliably and easily produces a flame, and provides adjustable flame size (both length and width).I know there are more expensive kitchen torches on the market (some by this same manufacturer) but I think this one is suitable for every kitchen use. In fact, when my neighbor saw mine he wanted one for his home workshop! The included ceramic creme brulee ramekins are the right size, though they are manufactured in China, not France.Also included is a simple, basic recipe for Creme Brulee (though I have not tried it yet but instead used one of my own).Price, performance, and panache are the trilogy which make this set a winner.

Great quality at a great price!
I was a bit unsure of these, seeing as how cheap they were, but i can assure you that they're great products for the price.I went in-store to bed bath and beyond to have a look, and the blue ramekins are beautiful, glossy, and well-made, all for a price that can't be beat.

Great and esay to use

a great novelty pan
I used my pan for the first time today and was quite pleased with the results!I expected that I would have to make it at least twice to figure out where I went wrong.It worked quite nicely the first time around.I would offer these tips to help make it easier.While I did use the box's recipe, you really do have to pay attention to what "half full" really is when you put the batter in.I was a bit short on the white batter on the last pan, but was able to dip out a bit of the chocolate batter to make it nicely even.Also I used a cooking spray on the divider on two of the cake layers and did one without just to see and it was much better with the cooking spray.I also decided to use a large piping bag for each of the batters to help me to fill up the rings.It seemed much faster that way.My checkerboards came out perfectly!I was really pleased!I might add more chocolate next time.I wish that there were 3 different dividers to make it faster, though.
