Buy one set and never another
This is a great solution for space-restricted kitchens. One set of these pyrex dishes and you can bake or cook and go to the fridge to store. So no need to have a pile of plastic storage ware. Also, plastic stains with tomato sauce and berries. These glass dishes are stain-proof. And you can microwave them; I don't like microwaving plastic because it can melt.

small, but nice
As mentioned in a previous review, these are 5x7 dishes.Excellent for single servings of lasagne, manicotti, etc.The sides only come up about an inch though, making a shepherd's pie or pot pie type dish a bit on the small side.The cookware is oven safe, but not broiler safe, due to the silicone handles.

Great bakeware
I ordered 2 sets of these and they are perfect for us now that we are "empty nesters". Just the right size for individual servings, or a small side dish for two. Now I am back for more to give as gifts, you can't beat the price and quality.

Great product and Teflon is not toxic when comsumed...
I bought this product...great price for the set. It does what the other reviews have said and includes those as well. I just wanted to mention that Teflon is not reactive when consumed so it will just pass through your system. And as for the fume that comes out of it at high tempertaure...most of us don't own ovens/stoves that heat up the pans 570F+ so no need to worry about the fumes (which causes illness).

Fabulous Baking Sheets! Very Versatile
Well this is my 2nd time ordering a set of these baking sheets, my 1st set lasted for over 3 years of almost daily use and abuse! I also own Silpat brand, and I prefer the Matfer.I use these on my large bake sheet to reheat fried chicken, and well everything that goes into the oven basically (casserole exception), they have withstood tested heat of 500 with no sign of problem and wash is a breeze, and a helpful hint on drying, take a kitchen towel and lay flat then lay sheet on towel and roll tightly.You dry both sides at same time :)

I've used this nonstick baking sheet and fell in love.Cookies just slide right off with just the slightest push, even when cookies are still piping hot! Using parchment I'd always have to wait a couple of minutes for the cookies to cool for them to maintain their shape.I've never had a problem with getting the grease off either.I only wish they would make them for all cookware pans!

Weird smell, weird taste
As some other reviewers have mentioned, the sheet leaves a chemically taste and smell in your baked products -- it's nothing awful, but noticeable, and, to me, bothersome.I thought it would disappear after a few uses, but it never did.Yes, the surface of this baking sheet was easy to wipe clean, but after a few uses, the grease from the food started soaking into the sheet and leaving circles of grease which I just could not wash out.At the end of the day, I don't think this is that much better than using parchment.This product is overrated. ... This Teeny Tiny Pumpkin
is made in Thailand, not France as you would expect from a Le Creuset item. In the product description, it says, "Festive and fun. This is my second set of Pyrex Custard Cups ...
... and I don't even make Custard! *LOL*I just love these for small servings of ice cream, fruit, side dishes, etc.They are great with meals for anything that you don't want to mix with the other foods on your plate.They are perfect for snacks and desserts.They are great for things such as pickles, olives, chopped onions, relish, dips, etc. on a casual buffet or picnic table.They also work well for pre-portioning ingredients when making a complicated recipe or allowing younger kids to cook with you.The typical Pyrex glass which is thick and a bit heavy is perfect for my family because it holds up to less than gentle everyday use.I still want my children to learn to be careful with china and glassware, but I see no reason to be too 'precious' about everday dishware.

Mise en place is the French term for having all your ingredients prepped and ready to go before starting you start cooking.This technique is so important for proper cooking and these dishes really help you break that old habit of cooking and prepping at the same time.I use them to pre-measure all my spices, juices, liquids, etc. so that I don't have to be rushing around the kitchen as things are burning wishing that I had everything ready.

I have these but my only drawback is that they don't come with covers. I've made puddings, desserts or whatever and then you have to use saran to cover them and it's not easy trying to put a small piece of saran wrap on it without covering the whole dish, as they are small dishes. Not a total bad thing but covers would make these a 5 stars for me.They are perfect for small leftovers, using for prep food meals, or for little kids to put snacks in. good item but not really on sale at amazon
I bought this item when it was on sale at amazon but when i received the items i realised that they are manufacturing defective items. lids do not fit exactly on the bows and bowl has some black small dust like spot in it.

I was so excited to find this pan.It is absolutely wonderful.I ordered two and if I had more kitchen space I'd get two more!I used them to make mini lemon cheesecakes for a wedding shower and they were a hit!Removing the cheesecakes was simple and clean up was a beeze.VERY highly recommended!

I love this pan! It makes the cutest cheesecakes. However, be sure not to fill the cups too full and the cheesecakes are best if you press the crust up the sides (use a shot glass to do this). I found a recipe online after some hunting that turned out great. I can't wait to experiment more.

I love this pan! Makes the perfect single serving size. The first time I used this, I baked single servings of chocolate mousse cake. It was simple to use, and it was pretty easy to clean too. It was really helpful as making single serving chocolate mousse cake before was tedious as I had to use a cookie cutter to shape the cake and mold the mousse. Awesome Cookie Sheet
This is my first cookie sheet. I used to use those cheap baking pans. I always either have cookies that are burned or half-cooked. Well, no more. I finally made a batch of cookies that is perfectly done. I think I will be baking a lot more cookies now. As advertised, this did not warped and the cookies slid off easily.

It does wrap...
I have used this for about 20 times and then it starts to wrap. Well, the X pattern in the bottom sheet does prevent the wrapping to get too severe. So in some sense Kaiser design does work. But I will be more impressed if it doesn't wrap in the first place. LOVE IT!!
This pan works SO great! I have used it for cookies, biscuits, and pizza. Nothing has burned or stuck. Perfect for single servings
I use these to bake individual Fritattas, Polenta dishes (this keeps us from eating a giant pan of it), baked macaroni and chees and roasted potatoes and peppers. They make a nice presentation. I don't think the reviewer below realizes these arebaking dishes and not a stovetop dish. Certainly they are bakeware as that is what an Au Gratin is. I am back today to buy two more.Great item.

I bought this set about two weeks ago and have been satisfied overall. You are getting exactly what you pay for; three basic glass bowls that are fairly sturdy and seem very durable. My only complaint is that they identify themselves as `mixing bowls' and are really all too small to do any real mixing in. The smallest one is the size of a cereal bowl, and the biggest one can only hold enough salad for 4 people. we love our silpats
We love to bake cookies and the silpats we've gotten make baking much easier. Cookies don't stick to the pans ever. My husband had to convince me to use the silpats, but now that I've been using them, I can't stop. They're a really useful kitchen tool.

This knife was reviewed on America's Test Kitchen on T.V. It is great and the price was right.

Excellent Product
This is my second bench scraper.The first was a single sheet of metal that curved to form a handle.The measurements were painted on it.I probably paid $3 for it.After repeated use and trips to the diswasher, the measurements began to wear off and the bottom started to get uneven.

Yes, it's good at what it does: scraping. As an added bonus, there are measurements on the scraper in case you really need to get precise with the dough you're scraping off the counter. This thing does a great job of cleaning up the countertop after kneading bread and getting flour all over the place.
