K45SB Replacement Bowl is what I got.
I was really excited about finding a replacement bowl for my kitchen aid mixer.I bake 3 to 4 cakes a week.However, this bowl isbeing advertised as KithenAid K45SBWH, the WH meaning "with handle".I received the bowl without a handle.The handle is a very important feature to me.The advertisement is erroneous and very misleading.I was very disappointed that I didn't get what I ordered.

WhatWas I Waiting For !
I have needed an extra mixing bowl for ages but couldn't justify the $50 price tag so when I spotted it here for $30, that was a good incentive to get one. Sure makes things easier when you don't have to transfer ingredients and wash the bowl in the middle of mixing a receipe.

pretty but not fun
This sifter looks great but has a strange requirement.You have to shake the sifter back and forth for it to sift the flour instead of the normal (at least as far as I'm used to) trigger action found on most sifters.This works but is a little bit laborious and messy.It comes with plastic lids for both ends of the sifter which seem superfluous.It could do without the lids and with a lower price.

I don't know why people are saying this product works slowly?I find that you can dispense a cup of flour in about 10 seconds.Maybe they can design this sifter so that the covers can use a hinge to open and close, so the covers stay with the unit, but other than that, it does its job.

NOT WORTH IT!
I bought this sifter and washed before I used it. The bottom strainer part came undone, so I pushed it back into place, except it wouldn't go back in the right spot, so everytime I shook it side to side, it wouldn't sift, because the metal piece that slides back and forth to sift wasn't touching the bottom strainer part anymore. GREAT COLOR
This food coloring was the best I have ever used.It is very concentrated. I obtained several different shades of purple by adding just a tiny bit each time.I did not notice a flavor at all so I look forward to trying the black.The bottle sizes are very similar to a bottle of finger nail polish.

This is really a good bag of stuff if you like to cook with your kids. I gave this to my son for his 5th b-day, as a "just between you and me" gift (we cook a lot together), and he was so excited.After a quick soapy wash, we rolled out pizza dough with the rolling pin, and he enjoyed every minute!Also bought a kid-sized red chef's apron and wrote Chef in Training with his name on the pocket!!

This baby delivers as promised
I have baked cinnamon rolls, pizza, and cookies, including macaroons on this mat and NOTHING sticks! The reverse side is designed for kneading dough. Again, no sticking! I am happy with the product, but have recently discovered plain parchment paper seems to work just as well(not for kneading dough though). I haven't had time to compare, but parchment seems to be the cheaper lo-tech way to achieve the same goal and can be torn to match the size of different baking sheets. Something to think about, eh?

Let me say first that you will not throw out your baking trays because of this little gem. It makes your cleanup simple, lifting baked items simple and storage simple.

Excellent Quality - Would Purchase Again!
Contrary to the other reviews regarding the lids not fitting, I have had NO problem with my lids. The lids fit great, tight, and the way they are supposed to. You SHOULD NOT put the lids in the dishwasher though. (As with any lid) Bowl quality is excellent and non skid bottoms are excellent as well. It doesn't appear that they will come off...Sizes are PERFECT! Highly recommeded product for the money! I would DEFINITELY purchase these as a gift for someone! The inside is like a brushed steel look - awesome!

GREAT BOWLS, AWFUL LIDS
Like the last reviewer said, these lids don't fit--at all! The largest bowl now has no lid for it because it kept popping off and in trying to force it to stay on, it ripped about an inch right through the curved sealed area and into the center. I bought these bowls for four reasons: 1. They're food grade stainless steel; 2. They have non-skid silicone bottoms (works great, too); 3. They came with lids for storage; 4. Ease of portability to family gatherings, picnics, etc.
misfit lids
I picked these out for my birthday and hubby purchased them for me. The lids do not fit well. So poorly, in fact, that the lids just come off by picking up the bowls and moving them. I filled one bowl with water, put the lid on, and held the lid on with both hands. I turned it upside down over the sink and the water just poured out, even with me trying to hold the lid on. Lifetime Set
These are wonderful little brushes.I bake quite a lot of breads and finally replaced a cheaper plastic brush with these.I've only used one brush so far, but it is perfect for buttering the delicate dough when rising or a crust after it's baked.They wash up nicely and come with a plastic cover to retain shape when storing. For someone that bakes occasionally, this set should last a long time if taken care of.They are very well made and as expected, Amazon's price was unbeatable.

For a time in my past, I was a house painter.The best brushes were the boar bristle variety and each started at around $7.That makes these a nice bargain.They are nicely packaged with heavy plastic covers that will help them retain their shape after cleaning.

Great Mixing and Prep Bowls
Okay, let's not get too excited over a common mixing bowl, but, this bowl is better than the "standard" glass or metal mixing bowls I used to have. The greatest feature is the rubberized bottom which prevents the bowl from easliy slipping on the counter while mixing. The handle is nice and a pour spout that actually works.
Four little bowls just the right size
I like to prep ingredients ahead of the actual cooking.These are a little larger than I started looking for, all have well-fitting lids and store nicely when empty.But perfect for prep-ahead, (even day before), for such things as diced onions, pepper, celery and garlic.

I'm not sure why a previous reviewer thinks it's okay to give 1 star because of a failure to read the description.These things are prep bowls with about a 1 cup capacity.They are great for holding chopped ingredients, beating a few eggs, and storing any prep that needs to be refridgerated.The lids make it easy to keep the food from being spilled or having ingredients spilled in them.The non-slip bottoms are just like their much bigger cousins and keep the bowls from slipping on your work surface.About the only thing I wish they had are easy to read measuring marks.But their horizontal handle and pour spout more than make up for it.

I love it!
I just purchased this set last weekend, and this weekend I used it to make a birthday cake. I loved all the tips and the booklet has great ideas and clear instructions. Also, the food coloring colored the frosting beautifully.

The only thing good I can say about the set is the book was very helpful and easy to follow.The food coloring, while professional coloring, was very hard to use (no dropper), measure (no dropper) and horribly stained everything it came in contact with. It is not for beginners! And while you do get a good assortment of tips - you may find that you do not use half of them. I found I could pick out tips at my local Five and Dime Store for less than a dollar. Works fine.
Like all Good Grips items, this is easy to hold and use. Have used it with a variety of frostings including butter cream, sour cream andcreme fraiche, and cream cheese with no problems. Applies nicely and evenly for small and large hands alike. Works much better than the improvised alternatives of butter knife and/or plastic spatula.
