Fabulous Baking Sheets! Very Versatile
Well this is my 2nd time ordering a set of these baking sheets, my 1st set lasted for over 3 years of almost daily use and abuse! I also own Silpat brand, and I prefer the Matfer.I use these on my large bake sheet to reheat fried chicken, and well everything that goes into the oven basically (casserole exception), they have withstood tested heat of 500 with no sign of problem and wash is a breeze, and a helpful hint on drying, take a kitchen towel and lay flat then lay sheet on towel and roll tightly.You dry both sides at same time :)

Outstanding!
I've used this nonstick baking sheet and fell in love.Cookies just slide right off with just the slightest push, even when cookies are still piping hot! Using parchment I'd always have to wait a couple of minutes for the cookies to cool for them to maintain their shape.I've never had a problem with getting the grease off either.I only wish they would make them for all cookware pans!

Weird smell, weird taste
As some other reviewers have mentioned, the sheet leaves a chemically taste and smell in your baked products -- it's nothing awful, but noticeable, and, to me, bothersome.I thought it would disappear after a few uses, but it never did.Yes, the surface of this baking sheet was easy to wipe clean, but after a few uses, the grease from the food started soaking into the sheet and leaving circles of grease which I just could not wash out.At the end of the day, I don't think this is that much better than using parchment.This product is overrated. ... Great Multi-tasker

I bought this set about two weeks ago and have been satisfied overall. You are getting exactly what you pay for; three basic glass bowls that are fairly sturdy and seem very durable. My only complaint is that they identify themselves as `mixing bowls' and are really all too small to do any real mixing in. The smallest one is the size of a cereal bowl, and the biggest one can only hold enough salad for 4 people. we love our silpats
We love to bake cookies and the silpats we've gotten make baking much easier. Cookies don't stick to the pans ever. My husband had to convince me to use the silpats, but now that I've been using them, I can't stop. They're a really useful kitchen tool.

This knife was reviewed on America's Test Kitchen on T.V. It is great and the price was right.

Excellent Product
This is my second bench scraper.The first was a single sheet of metal that curved to form a handle.The measurements were painted on it.I probably paid $3 for it.After repeated use and trips to the diswasher, the measurements began to wear off and the bottom started to get uneven.

Yes, it's good at what it does: scraping. As an added bonus, there are measurements on the scraper in case you really need to get precise with the dough you're scraping off the counter. This thing does a great job of cleaning up the countertop after kneading bread and getting flour all over the place. Has its endearing qualities, but.....
I can only go to 2 stars for this.Cookies baked on a Silpat spread out too much and turn out too thin and with edges that are hard.I tried several different varieties thinking perhaps it was just the type of dough, but had the same result for all types.For cookie baking, I am sticking with my Airbake sheets.On the positive side, Silpat performed beautifully when I made glazed almonds, which have a very gooey sticky coating that gets baked on.They didn't burn or stick, and the Silpat sheet cleaned up nicely as promised with only warm water.Since I bought this in hopes of baking phenomenal cookies, I don't think the expense was justified.

Good, but this size is small
I have 6 silicone baking mats, and 3 are Silpat. The others are cheaper, 100% silicone that I use for non-baking. Mats like these are a worthy investment, and perform very well in the oven. But if you use standard 1/2 size sheet pans (like I do), you will want the larger size. When I am baking 200-300 cookies, it really helps to have a tray all ready to go while another is cooling and yet another is in the oven. simple things make a difference
Having the pass-through grip revolutionizes this tool. Seems so obvious and simple a fix in retrospect.

Great little tool
I give it 5 stars for scraping but if I needed the numbers printed on the blade, well, they wore off. I don't know whether I accidentally scrubbed them off or the dishwasher suds were too rough. It doesn't matter to us because we don't use the numbers, but if you do, be a little more gentle cleaning it.

Top of the line
I've had 3 scrapers and I can honestly say this is the BEST of them. I crushes from vegetables to dough so easily. The handle allows a very firm grip. Not heavy or too big. It wonderful and I reccommend it without a doubt.

Great for rolling dough and pastry
I prefer this silicon mat over the Silpat as a pastry mat. Not only does it have the nice size guides, it's thinner and sticks down to the counter better. Nice large size for most work, and versatile enough to use in the oven as well. Of course, being silicon, you get the usual non-stick properties that make it so excellent for dough and pastry work.

A "must buy" item
These things are great!I especially love the fact that it sticks (slightly) to my counter top so it is stable while I'm working with my dough, etc.It also cleans up easy and then sticks to my cabinet door over my sink to drain after washing! I can finally dump my old stiff plastic pastry mat that I had to anchor down so that it didn't move all over the place.

This comes in a box that is the size and shape of an aluminum foil box.The sheet comes out of the box 'sticky' (aka 'non-skid') on both sides.I was going to simply leave it out on my butcherblock top, but have decided to leave it in the bottom of the oven for now.It will likely not be used for baking until the holidays.Since I was one of the lucky ones to pay only $9.99, I purchased an extra as a gift.Way to go Amazon!

A Great Mixing Bowl
Okay, let's not get too excited over a common mixing bowl, but, this bowl is better than the "standard" glass or metal mixing bowls I used to have. The greatest feature is the rubberized bottom which prevents the bowl from easliy slipping on the counter while mixing. The handle is nice and a pour spout that actually works.

Sheet is everything it was advertized to be.I just wipe it off and leave it in the metal pan.

Also great as a cassarole cover
I recently started using my baking mat as a cassarole cover. It works better than aluminum foil and there's no waste. It did need a good cleaning afterwards with a soapy sponge, and it still had a faint bean cassarole aroma. I was expecting that, because silicon is porous and soaks up odors. However, the mat is thin enough that it seems to air out quickly: two days later, it smelled good as new.

Perfect size!
Mom was thrilled about getting this for Mother's Day.It's perfect for cooling cakes and cookies and... pretty much anything else you can think of!Not to mention that it is the perfect size for the little space on the counter next to our stove.It can hold around two dozen cookies or a pretty good sized cake, yet it doesn't tilt on one side like alot of other designs do.It's simple to clean as well, and the spaces in the grid are smaller than dimes, so cookies don't fall through.

IT'S A RACK AND IT COOLS..
Not too much you can say about a cooling rack, except for that it works.It is large enough to fit almost 2 dozen cookies on, and it doesn't tip over like my mom's used to.I throw it in my dishwasher and it comes out clean and hasn't warped or anything.It is pretty sturdy too, and won't bend with weight, as I have set a large pot on it.I would reccommend it.

I've had these cups about a week and thought they would replace my other measuring cups.I love how space efficient they are.However, I've just realized that there is not a one third cup measure making them pretty useless all on their own.

What a brilliant idea! Measuring bowls that can be used for two different measurements each. Why didn't someone think of this sooner? These work easily with an obvious line in the bowls interior that is the 50% measure.

Great tool addition to my kitchen!
So much easier to clean BBQ sauce, marinade, or other basting ingredients from this than a bristle brush. No more hairs, smelly bristles, etc. Nicely balanced handle.

Great basting brush!
I wasn't sure about buying a silicone basting brush, but I will never use anything else to baste items on the grill.This worked better than I imagined...out of the drawer, to the grill and right to the dishwasher! No stray bristles on anything!
