Easy and fun!
We have had this mold for a few years and enjoy using it at Christmas. It hangs on the wall in the kitchen the rest of the year - it is too pretty to stash in a cupboard. Make sure to allow enough drying time after assembly before transporting the gingerbread house, at least overnight. The recipes included work well. I purchase a large plastic platter from the dollar store and use the icing to anchor the gingerbread house to it for a really solid base. That way if I don't get the plate back, it's no big deal.

Buy more than one...
The detail was good on the finished product and the inclosed recipe worked well but it was very disappointing that I had to essentially bake three times because each side of this plate has different sides to the house that cannot be baked simultaneously.

i ordered these so that i could bake chocolate lava cakes in them. they work awesome, if they were a little bit larger.

Great Product
I have only used these 2 times since purchase (We bake a lot more during the cooler months), but they are very easy to use and clean up is a snap. It's a drag washing small items like these but they really are easy to wash. I like the fact they are reuseable. That was a big selling point with me. I see my family using these a lot in the coming months.

I purchased the silicone cups to use as liners for my soy tart burners.They work very well, and eliminate the need to chip away old wax.You just have to let it cool to solid and pop it out of the liner.

The graph is cheating
I received this moon cake mold as a gift. My friend suggested me to add this to my registry, and we both believe that it comes with two molds. However, there is only one in the box I opened. I checked very carefully with the description, and found nothing like "the photo contains one more item which you won't get in your package"!

Amazing!
I just got these in the mail today and made blueberry muffins so I could try them. The muffins came right out of the cups and the cups were remarkably clean even before I washed them. I filled a small bowl with hot soapy water, tossed them in, swished them around, rinsed them and left them on a towel on my counter top to dry. Ten minutes later they were dry and ready to be stacked and put away. I didn't bother putting them in the dishwasher because they were so simple to wash.

Perfect Inexpensive Madeleines!
I borrowed this item from a friend after he had made several amazing batches of madeleines for his coworkers!It was so easy to use and came out great every time....even when not adhering to the strict recipe.I would love a nonstick one simplybecause it looks more elegant(costs $10 more), but as long as you spray the grooves with PAM, the madeleines pop right out! Although time consuming, melting butter and spreading it throughout the molds adds to the flavor 200%! ... Read more
