Just Wonderful!
Okay, now I've turned into a gadget junkie after watching Emeril for so long, but finally, I've received a gadget that just works wonderfully. I really like Kitchenaid products and this one is just so very nice.It isn't lightweight like most brushes so you can get a firm grip on the thing and it doesn't slip out of your hands if your hands get a little greasy with the basting.No, the bristles are not natural - they're nylon but that's even better in my book.It just works like a charm and I'm just so very happy that I finally have a substantial pastry brush.Besides, it can take being mangled by a toddler and springs back like it is new so how can you beat that?!My previous one died under the pressure....

This is a great pastry brush.It is the perfect size for pastry.It doesn't have the natural bristles described by Amazon but I have to say the nylon bristles it has are very easy to clean and work just as well.I actually prefer the nylon bristles because I think they are much easier to clean and are much more sanitary than the natural bristles.Well worth the $.Highly recommended! ...
