Fabulous Baking Sheets! Very Versatile
Well this is my 2nd time ordering a set of these baking sheets, my 1st set lasted for over 3 years of almost daily use and abuse! I also own Silpat brand, and I prefer the Matfer.I use these on my large bake sheet to reheat fried chicken, and well everything that goes into the oven basically (casserole exception), they have withstood tested heat of 500 with no sign of problem and wash is a breeze, and a helpful hint on drying, take a kitchen towel and lay flat then lay sheet on towel and roll tightly.You dry both sides at same time :)

Outstanding!
I've used this nonstick baking sheet and fell in love.Cookies just slide right off with just the slightest push, even when cookies are still piping hot! Using parchment I'd always have to wait a couple of minutes for the cookies to cool for them to maintain their shape.I've never had a problem with getting the grease off either.I only wish they would make them for all cookware pans!

Weird smell, weird taste
As some other reviewers have mentioned, the sheet leaves a chemically taste and smell in your baked products -- it's nothing awful, but noticeable, and, to me, bothersome.I thought it would disappear after a few uses, but it never did.Yes, the surface of this baking sheet was easy to wipe clean, but after a few uses, the grease from the food started soaking into the sheet and leaving circles of grease which I just could not wash out.At the end of the day, I don't think this is that much better than using parchment.This product is overrated. ... BENCH KNIFE
This knife was reviewed on America's Test Kitchen on T.V. It is great and the price was right.

Excellent Product
This is my second bench scraper.The first was a single sheet of metal that curved to form a handle.The measurements were painted on it.I probably paid $3 for it.After repeated use and trips to the diswasher, the measurements began to wear off and the bottom started to get uneven.

Yes, it's good at what it does: scraping. As an added bonus, there are measurements on the scraper in case you really need to get precise with the dough you're scraping off the counter. This thing does a great job of cleaning up the countertop after kneading bread and getting flour all over the place. simple things make a difference
Having the pass-through grip revolutionizes this tool. Seems so obvious and simple a fix in retrospect.

Great little tool
I give it 5 stars for scraping but if I needed the numbers printed on the blade, well, they wore off. I don't know whether I accidentally scrubbed them off or the dishwasher suds were too rough. It doesn't matter to us because we don't use the numbers, but if you do, be a little more gentle cleaning it.

Top of the line
I've had 3 scrapers and I can honestly say this is the BEST of them. I crushes from vegetables to dough so easily. The handle allows a very firm grip. Not heavy or too big. It wonderful and I reccommend it without a doubt.

Great tool addition to my kitchen!

I wasn't sure about buying a silicone basting brush, but I will never use anything else to baste items on the grill.This worked better than I imagined...out of the drawer, to the grill and right to the dishwasher! No stray bristles on anything!

This is really a good bag of stuff if you like to cook with your kids. Lifetime Set
These are wonderful little brushes.I bake quite a lot of breads and finally replaced a cheaper plastic brush with these.I've only used one brush so far, but it is perfect for buttering the delicate dough when rising or a crust after it's baked.They wash up nicely and come with a plastic cover to retain shape when storing. For someone that bakes occasionally, this set should last a long time if taken care of.They are very well made and as expected, Amazon's price was unbeatable.

Rebadged paint brushes of nice quality...
For a time in my past, I was a house painter.The best brushes were the boar bristle variety and each started at around $7.That makes these a nice bargain.They are nicely packaged with heavy plastic covers that will help them retain their shape after cleaning.

For something that needs to be kept 'germ free'....
this item certainly was not packaged with any consideration of hygiene.As a matter of fact, it was not 'packaged' at all.Thus, we have a combination of Chinese (country of origin) germs, Amazon germs and middleman germs.At the very least, this brush should have been packed in a cheap plastic bag.Not a very auspicious start for this highly rated item...

Would give no stars if it were an option
After using only a few times, the bristles fell out in big clumps.I was using it to brush olive oil on filo dough when it starting falling apart, and I wondered if the oil had softened the glue that held them in. Will look for a replacement that uses something besides just glue to attachbristles to the handle.

Mine broke too!!!
I used this dough blender for not even 6 months, and the handle snapped! (mind you, I am not a pastry chef, so I was not using it everyday. I used it a handful of times.) I understand it has a 5 year warrenty, so i will try to get it replaced. I have to say that it worked great before it broke.

Great pie shield
Great item except that the notch for the pie dish handles is too small, we had to trim it to make it fit over the pie dish.Otherwise great, cleaned up nicely, the filling didn't run over and kept my crust an even golden color!!!
