Was simply frustrated with cheap cookie sheets, but not any more.
I'm sure you've all been through this before. You decide to make chocolate chip cookies. You've got just about everything you need in the fridge, just have to run to the market and pick up the last odds and ends. You go to the market, come home, and realize that you've got baking powder instead of soda. Off to the market again. Now that you've got all your ingredients together, you start baking. Once the dough is incorporated, a sigh of relief comes over you, as you drop the dough on your cookie sheet and toss it in the oven. 12 more minutes to wait and you'll be in homemade cookie heaven. Or so you think... When the timer goes off, you open the door and see, much to your dismay, that the they've burned. Your golden brown chewy, chocolatey food of comfort has burned. The bottoms are blackened and the tops still raw. Then you look at the pan, and realize that the $3.99 blackened steel, twisted, warp chunk of metal you call a cookie sheet may be the culprit.

Rip Off
What a complete rip off. The 5" by almost 6" cookbook that comes with it is maybe worth 2 dollars( I think they used card stock for the cover anyway ). Your better off getting plain planks(more planks and alot cheaper). Save your money for better products this isn't one of them. ... Read more

I won't use any other cookie sheets for baking. I originally bought 2 really large doughmaker cookie sheets when they first came out.They worked so well I recently bought 2 more slightly smaller ones, which are just as great as my original ones. Very easy to clean, and I make all types of cookies.

Don't waste your money!
This cookie sheet doesn't live up to anything that the creators claim. But the worst part is that the cobblestone finish, which supposedly does great things for you, is impossible to clean!If anything seeps in between the ridges, you will never be able to remove it.I am very disappointed with the product. I've tried alot of cookie sheets...........
throughout the 30 years that I have been baking cookies for my family; and this is, by far, the best one I have ever used. It produces an evenly-baked cookie that never burns and that is easy to lift off the pan. I ordered just one at first to try it and liked it so much that I now own FOUR of them. Plus, they are oversized enough to fit more than just a dozen which decreases both the amount of time the oven needs to be on and the amount of time you spend baking.

Cooks Illustrated Gets It Right - Again!!!!
I purchased this cookie sheet a few months ago. It looks great, but as your mother told you looks are not everything. The first time I used it I heard this tremendous pop from my oven as it warped out of shape. If you don't line it, everything sticks. In short it is a disaster. My wife then pointed me to the May/June issue of Cooks Illustrated. Various cookie sheets were rated from highly recommended to not recommended. This Emerilware sheet was at the top of the not recommended. "The texturized surface slowed browning, the handle is on the wrong side, cookies stuck horribly when unlined and warping was a serious problem."
