Airbake is Top Notch
Sure, the shipping cost might be a little more than the typical person wants to pay. Let me assure you that it is worth it! No more dark brown bottoms on your cookies--who can put a price on that? I bought my first one at a different retailer here in town, then wanted another one because my other cookie sheet just didn't compare. (All cookie makers know that it is so much easier to bake cookies when you have 2 sheets going in rotation) Anyway, so I went back to said shop--only to find they didn't carry them anymore! The nearest Target is over an hour away, so I'd just rather pay the shipping than gas. I hope this review has helped qualm any doubts you have about ordering this fabulous cookie sheet. It is a must have for anyone who wants the best tasting cookies. My engineering husband can't get over the fact that a woman came up with this idea--it was such a smart move, yet a simple concept. Makes all the difference!

Now I have a second Rack
In my small RV oven, I needed a second rack.This pan measures perfectly to slide in the side rails of the oven.And I can cook biscuits without them browning/burning on the bottom.

Greatest Baking Pan Ever Made
My Grandmother & Mother used these pans. You can bake anything on them and "it won't burn" They are great for everthing from baked goods to meat and fish. I use one at least 4 times a week.They are hard to find in the stores, I'm glad I found them on Amazon.

Worst brand of bakeware on the market
AirBake products are horrible! I have used the cookie sheets multiple times and I have had nothing but problems. There products over-brown everything you cook and the food sticks no matter how well you grease the pans. I have better luck using my old cheap non-stick bakeware than AirBake. Buyer beware! In my twenties I bought no less than three non-stick cookie sheets while my Grandmother (an avid baker) was still using her aluminum bakeware from the 40's. I later inherited a few of her aluminum pans and I couldn't believe the difference. My cookies were no longer crispy and brown on the outside and soft in the middle...they were baked evenly. I was also able to scub the sheet and place it in the dishwasher, something you can't do with non-stick varieties. Additionally, there is no danger of having teflon flake into your baked goods. Aluminum is tried and tested and provides professional results. love 'em
I've had two of the airbake cookie sheets for YEARS!!!!!So long that I don't recall when I bought them.Mine are scratched up-DH used one to bake a frozen pizza and used the pizza cutter on it WAY too hard- but still work well.I throw mine in the dishwasher all the time and have no problems with water leakage, but it seems to me that when I bought them the instructions said if water did get inside the chamber, simply place the pan in a warm oven for awhile to evaporate it.I haven't had to try it though as mine have had no problems at all.I find they do work well for 95% of what I am baking, food cooks evenly and browns nicely without trouble.I certainly don't cook A LOT, but enough that I use them all the time.In fact, I don't own any other cookie sheets.

All the airbake products I have used thus far have proven awful over time. After only several uses, cookies stick (even after religious greasing of the sheet) and the sheets are impossible to clean without scratching or rubbing off the surface. SiliconZone 9 by 12 inch small baking mat
Great product. This thin mat will allow for bottom browning on pizza which is what we use it on. The run off cheese never sticks, just slide it off on a cutting board and serve. It washes in the dishwasher and is very care free.I have another brand that is too thick and does not allow the crust to brown on the botton and worst it is soggy.Get the SiliconZone!

Dosn't clean up even in dishwasher
This liner is non-slip which is nice and even home made chocolate chip cookies dont stick BUT....it looks dirty and baking residue is sticking to it even after I have put it in the dishwasher.My other liner is a Chef's Planet Full size baking sheet non stick bakeliner and while it can slip a bit and dosn't have a "finished" edge it dose have the advantage of wipe-down clean up and it arrives in a large sheet that you custom cut to fit any baking sheet(s) you will be using it with.Don't buy this liner but do buy the non stick bakeliner from Chef's Planet.It's not as pretty but it works like a charm!After years of buying expensive parchment paper I'll never go back.Also, it's less wastfull to use a bake liner instead of disposable baking sheets or parchment paper. ...
