Great product and Teflon is not toxic when comsumed...
I bought this product...great price for the set. It does what the other reviews have said and includes those as well. I just wanted to mention that Teflon is not reactive when consumed so it will just pass through your system. And as for the fume that comes out of it at high tempertaure...most of us don't own ovens/stoves that heat up the pans 570F+ so no need to worry about the fumes (which causes illness).

Nice product with many uses, but a bit of a pain to clean
A passionate home cook that has been honing her cooking skills for the last 25 years writes this review. Awesome Cookie Sheet
This is my first cookie sheet. I used to use those cheap baking pans. I always either have cookies that are burned or half-cooked. Well, no more. I finally made a batch of cookies that is perfectly done. I think I will be baking a lot more cookies now. As advertised, this did not warped and the cookies slid off easily.

It does wrap...
I have used this for about 20 times and then it starts to wrap. Well, the X pattern in the bottom sheet does prevent the wrapping to get too severe. So in some sense Kaiser design does work. But I will be more impressed if it doesn't wrap in the first place. LOVE IT!!
This pan works SO great! I have used it for cookies, biscuits, and pizza. Nothing has burned or stuck. Heavy duty pans!
I compared the weight of these two pans to a set sold by Costco from Nordicware.The Chicago Metallic set is significantly heavier, which shows its strength. The glue issue that other people are talking about is a non-issue or has been corrected by the manufacturer, since the label peeled off with the glue without any effort.It doesn't look like you can go wrong with these.

Treat yourself to the real thing
After using typical cookie sheets for most of my adult life, I finally got fed up and decided to pay for good ones. What a difference! Can a normal person get pleasure out of a cookie pan? Well, you can if you appreciate quality--especially if you have always done without it before. Anyway--I am ENJOYING these pans. They are hefty--no resounding "pop" after a few minutes in the oven. They fit in my dishwasher--which is a real plus. I expect to enjoy them for many years to come.

Solution to Label Glue
These pans are mahvelous, dahling.Having said that, I've read lots of reviews that included complaints about the strength of the adhesive used to stick the labels on the pans.To one, to all:There is a product called "GOO GONE" that is designed for just this type of thing.You can find it almost anywhere, hardware stores, grocery stores, etc.It works in minutes, and leaves no trace of the adhesive behind.Just be sure the wash the pan afterwards.Happy adhesive-free baking! ... After two years, still in great shape
I had to come back to review this item, after having used it for two years.The construction of this pan is top-notch.It's an item that actually deserves the "commercial" rating, unlike some other high-end cookware that I have used.Stock up for the holiday baking season!

Great for rolling dough and pastry
I prefer this silicon mat over the Silpat as a pastry mat. Not only does it have the nice size guides, it's thinner and sticks down to the counter better. Nice large size for most work, and versatile enough to use in the oven as well. Of course, being silicon, you get the usual non-stick properties that make it so excellent for dough and pastry work.

A "must buy" item
These things are great!I especially love the fact that it sticks (slightly) to my counter top so it is stable while I'm working with my dough, etc.It also cleans up easy and then sticks to my cabinet door over my sink to drain after washing! I can finally dump my old stiff plastic pastry mat that I had to anchor down so that it didn't move all over the place.

This comes in a box that is the size and shape of an aluminum foil box.The sheet comes out of the box 'sticky' (aka 'non-skid') on both sides.I was going to simply leave it out on my butcherblock top, but have decided to leave it in the bottom of the oven for now.It will likely not be used for baking until the holidays.Since I was one of the lucky ones to pay only $9.99, I purchased an extra as a gift.Way to go Amazon!

I just love them!

I couldn't believe it.
I confess to being sceptical of the claims I read in the other reviews, regarding, in particular, how well the non-stick coating works. However, I am pleasantly surprised and agree with all the reviews I read.The pans are solid and heavy..well made. They are easy to handle and I like the sure-grip holders.Mostly, this is the first and only product I have tried with a non-stickcoating that actually works consistantly.I have a tendancy to cook things with marinades and sauces and the liquids coat and burn and have been impossible to clean well with other products and have resulted in the coatings coming off during cleaning.With this product, it is amazing how easy it cleans, even when it appears to have burned and crusted material on the surface of the pan.An easy scrubbing with a sponge(not even the scrubby side) and all comes off like it is sliding off a slick surface.Wonderful.And the price is very reasonable compared to many other expensive products out there.Thank you. A well designed set
I am very impressed with this set. The pans are of heavy guage steel and have rolled edges.I had 3 pounds of chicken on the cookie sheet and with a one handed lift the pan did not flex as my other pans did, again heavy guage steel.The handles and the nonstick surface have had no problems at 450 degrees. Other brands that I have used deteriorate rapidly at 400 degrees or above. Keep in mind I am not a cook and by my very method of cooking (set oven to high and wait til you smell something burning) I am very hard on pans of any kind. Simple for what you need
Non stick doesn't seem the greatest, but you can't beat the price!

Burns almost everything!!
I bought these needing good baking sheets for everyday use. I have found that they heat up too quickly and unevenly, so that when making things like cookies the tops are still uncooked and the bottoms are burnt. Or one half of the cookies will be burnt and the other half will still be ok. They are way too unpredicable. They are non-stick, however.

I simply can not understand the positive reviews for this product. It seems likely that these pans are now being manufactured in a very different way from when other reviewers purchased them.

Sheet is everything it was advertized to be.I just wipe it off and leave it in the metal pan.

Also great as a cassarole cover
I recently started using my baking mat as a cassarole cover. It works better than aluminum foil and there's no waste. It did need a good cleaning afterwards with a soapy sponge, and it still had a faint bean cassarole aroma. I was expecting that, because silicon is porous and soaks up odors. However, the mat is thin enough that it seems to air out quickly: two days later, it smelled good as new.

A lot of folks who don't understand commercial products have left misleading feedback.
spend a little more to get something nicer....
I was surprised when I opened the package for this product -- it wasn't anything like how I'd imagined it. This cookie sheet is very flimsy and cheap feeling, almost like a one-time use product. Plus, everything sticks to it relentlessly. I'm not sure I'm going to get much use out of it, and I wish I'd spent a few dollars more to get something more substantial.

Sharp edges
I was surprised that the sheet is produced with edges that are blade-like considering its "commercial" moniker which I misinterpreted to mean heavy-duty and easy to work with. Taking it out of the oven is tricky when using any kind of mitt or oven pad. It's a fine sheet and probably fine for the initiated but definitely not a "bake with you kids" kind of product. very sturdy pans
ive used them a few times now, and love them, especially since i was in need of cookie sheets and the orginal higher priced ones i wanted was out of stock, so i purchased these. so far so good, no burning or sticking, things slide right off, which since there is no sides, ive almost lost items as i pull out of oven because they donmt stick...so watch that you dont drop your cookies off sides...lol. and since you dont want to get water inbetween the layers, the back side has 4 holes in corners to drain, but are tiny, but since this doesnt stick so far, a fast wipe/rinse is all you need and no need to imerse under water(ive had this style before,differant brand, and never could get water to drain and they stuck, so had to imerses) but these are as described, clean up easy and no stick or burn. cant go wrong witht the price either!! a good buy if your picky! ... Very nice
This one is a big one works great cooks everything from cookies to baked chicken to enchiladas. Perfect for larger families. Nonstick and very easy to clean. I love it I even ordered me a second one because it was such a great value for my money. I love it. Highly recommended.

Good stuff.
Better than Nordic Ware and I have both. Fits in my 30" oven just fine. Has wide handles for easier lifting. Don't use metal or hard utensils, don't use antthing other than a plastic scratch pad or dish cloth and mild liquid dish soap, wash by hand only. As tempting as it is, don't put it in the dishwasher.Don't broil it and it will last. Nice stuff. Highly recommended. It is a big one.

Makes great cookies...
I love the pan for cookies, but that is all I have used it for. They slide right off; however, the pan is heavy and slightly awkward to handle when hot.

not what I expected
I too have had trouble with cookies sticking to this "no-stick" pan. My biggest issue is that these cookie sheets are quite heavy. I tend to remove from the oven with just 1 hand. Great replacement
I replaced my worn out cookie sheets with this product. I chose primarily because the cookie sheets are dishwasher safe. Most often I use them to roast vegetables and therefore they end up with a lot of grease. It is easy to wash off the worse, and then place in the dishwasher. It gets rid of all the excess oil which is really hard to wash off by hand.

Fantastic pan
I used this for the first time last night to bake scones. I make a large batch & usually have to use two pans but they all fit on this giant pan (for reference, 12 large triangles about 1 1/2 times the size of a store bought scone).I took inside stove measurements before buying this pan and I reccomend that to anyone. It really just barely fits with about 1/2 inch all around.Baked my scones perfectly. This is going to make Christmas easier :-)
