Kitchen Aid's Great but not for these pans
I wasn't as happy with this product as I thought I would be. With a long history of buying Kitchen Aid products I thought this was a great deal. The brownie pan sticks even when well greased or sprayed with Pam. I've ultimately stopped using it most of the time. I like the bread pan but it browns on the bottom sooner than my other pans so I use them instead an only use it for meatloaf. The cake pans are great and I use them frequently! The best item out of the set. It just seems like these pans aren't heavy enough and conduct the heat too fast. I have similar trouble with the 13" slider pan that I purchased seperately. I am going to continue purchasing the Calphalon (bought right after these) that I have been SO THRILLED with instead and stick to kitchen aid for appliances and cooking utensils. ... Read more

I am sure these pans will work fine, but what was shipped was the silver (aluminum) pans, not the black anodized as shown in the photograph.
