Should be Standard
I guess if you have very limited space, the standard tank might be a necessity, but now I can go two mornings without re-filling the tank.Not a really big deal, but it always seemed like my tank was nearly empty when I was rushed the most.Now I just refil it when I get the chance, and it cuts those times in half.Now if only I could find a mug to fit under the spout that would hold one "two cup" shot and half of a "one cup" shot.Then I could run out enough to fill a to-go cup and not have to fight the drip.I would give this Item 6 stars if I were able.

Hot Shot water in less than a minute!
We Purchased the black model Hotshot to compliment our kitchen appliances. We paid a little more for the black model but it has a nice up-graded design. We are very satisfied and I would recommend the unit as it has a nice appeal and works like a champ.

I have had a Hot Shot for approximately 20 years.I hope I never find it impossible to purchase another.I keep a spare one in the pantry.They are sometimes very hard to purchase.Sunbeam direct does not sell them, so many times I have had to hunt a supplier.I have bought it many times for friends and relatives. It's good....for a while
We use the Hot Pot in the office and it does indeed heat water really fast. The problem is that after only a few months (less than a year) of ownership, it started leaking like crazy. I guess we'll have to get another one. I'm glad it's cheap.

Works for a while but then leaks
I've had two of these Rival hot pots.Both worked for a couple of months and then started leaking on my counters.

Great idea, okay product
I have had the same problems many other reviewers have.Too much water makes a weak cup of coffee.Using 1 1/2 scoops and the 1 cup button on my Senseo I get an okay cup of coffee.I like the fact that it gives me the option of brewing a lot of flavors with my Senseo.I thought I would save a lot of money, not having to buy the expensive pods, but I end up using so much ground coffee to get a decent flavored cup it pretty much equals out.
Not worth purchasing
I normally buy my coffee pods from coolbeans and decided to give this a try as I had run out of pods and I had family over.
Could work better.
I folowed the instructions and found that the coffee was very weak so I experimented with differint grinds and filter no filter. I found not useing the paper filter and grinding the coffee expresso and stoping the water when it starts to look pale makes a med. strong cup. A lot of work for a decent cup. I still think that my old krups drip makes a great cup. I will keep trying other alternets to the pods becous there very expensive. I am waiting for some one to start manufacturing a home pod maker. that you can fill & seel at home. ... Read more

Nice Machine but Bad Options
These machines are great, unfortunately the coffee used in the Douwe Egberts pods is horrible. I was going to get rid of my machine until a friend brought over some different pods. I suggest spending a little extra money and buying quality pods - the difference is markedly different. I personally buy mine from www.familyroast.com as they have a cool story but lots of people are making pods that fit this machine now. For what its worth - I hope it helps.

Great Deal, Great Product
I love these pods for my Senseo coffee machine.One grocery store near me sells these (the others do not) and they only have two choices of flavors, so I was really happy to see all the options here.I love the Paris (vanilla) and the Vienna (Hazelnut).The Vienna is a little stronger coffee flavor, which I like, but some may not.My husband prefers the Paris, and we buy the mild roast for every day.The medium is too dark for my husband, and the mild is very smooth and just right.The price on Amazon is much, much better than buying them in the grocery store as well.

Cup leaks
Cup leaks out of the top closure part. I need one that does not leak at all, most of the time my hands are full and it's a balancing act. Very disappointed for this amount of money it is not worth the aggravation.

Keeps it hot for hours - if you don't mind a funny taste
I got this mug about 4 months ago.I must say that I'm amazed at how long my coffee or latte stays hot.It's hot at least 4 hours after I make my cup in the morning.My only problem is that when I pour a latte or mocha into it, it has a funny taste.Straight coffee doesn't have that problem - it tastes just like drinking from a mug.Lattes however taste very different.I've tried cleaning it with anything I can think of and it still leaves this weird taste.Hopefully I can find another mug for my lattes that keeps them hot, but doesn't leave a funny taste.This mug isn't it.

Great little tool
I just got the Aerolatte this morning and am blown away with it.Everyone should have one for mixing, and foaming milk.this helped produce the perfect cup of coffee in the kitchen, I ordered a French Coffee Press with it.Boiled the water, grinded the beans medium grind then steeped the beans and water for 4 mins.Poured it in the cup then used the aerolatte to foam the milk.Poured it in and created a cup of coffee that was so smooth it would go with any meal.the milk added such an extra creamy dynamic to my morning cup.I thoroughly enjoy this little device, it has power to spare! Be sure to put it back in the case after using it.

I loved it, now I really miss it!
I have had my Aerolatte for 21/2 years.I use it everyday and have taken it on holiday with me.It just died and I really miss it. Now that I've found it on Amazon I shall order a new one immediately.

Worked great till it died....
We used the thing to death...literally. Used it daily. Loved it when it worked, but 6 months later the water tasted funny and the heating element started putting off this wretched smell that wouldn't leave the air. So we tossed it, and now we're on the search for another one. But finding one this size and as pretty isn't easy.

Water Tastes Like Plastic & Filter is of Poor Design
On the plus side, the kettle boils water quickly, it's inexpensive, and the overall design is clever. Unfortunately, a couple of problems with this item may force me to abandon it.

Krups Rplacement Espresso Carafe
Product was good. Shipping was safe and fast. I was glad to be able to find a replacement carafe for my particular model of espresso maker. The one problem I have is that the lid I had from the orginal espresso carafe is not a good fit with the replacement carafe. I have to remove the lid to poor the espresso out of the carafe. I would have ordered the lid also if I had known the original lid would not fit.

Love My Krups!
We love the Krups machine becuase it makes both types of coffee. It's extremely easy to use, I've had no issues with it. Only real complaint is the cost to replace the espresso carafe. I also wish the coffee door where the coffee filter goes was removable for easy cleaning. Other than that we love ours! Buying one for my daughter.

Replacement carafe
I purchased this carafe to replace one for the Krups 1500 coffee/espresso machine which I received for Christmas.I believe it will work, but the handle is attached with a screw which looks like it requires a star shaped screwdriver.I cannot find a screwdriver with a long enough shaft to fit in the handle and undo the band to replace it with the handle and lid which was on the original carafe.Will have to cut off the handle, I believe. ... Great product, easy setup -- but make sure its compatible with your printer
It's rare to buy a wireless network product and have it up and running successfully in just minutes. But that was my experience with this Netgear wireless print server.
Quick setup on two PCs and a Mac G4
I needed a way to hook an old Dell desktop, an old IBM ThinkPad, and an old Mac G4 to an old HP Laserjet. The newest piece of this hardware is three years old. My router is a new Belkin N1 (which I really like) and it's located upstairs. Initial configuration of the print server and setup on the first PC took about 20 minutes, setup on the second PC about 5 minutes and setup on the Mac about 20 minutes. Here's what I did:

Works like a filter should
I'm on well water which sometimes tastes flat and also seems to have a high calcium content (the white crud that collects in your pipes). I wouldn't use a filter if it weren't for that. I've seen the stuff that collects on these filters and it's worth it to have great tasting coffee. I change it every other month (or when the white crud is REALLY noticeable on the filter). If you don't like the taste of your water, use a filter. No sense having bad coffee just to save a few dollars.

There's nothing extraordinary about the filters except that they were designed to filter tap water used to make coffee.They definitely work and make the coffee taste great.

Not just a pretty gadget

More than you expect
I bought this item in a store in Austin two years ago. I was regretting the purchase the moment I paid (I thought that $20 was too much for a milk frother, because all those cappuccino and espresso machines include a frother, but it never works as you expected, so, why this little thing was going to work better than those machines?). But then I tried it. I made a mess the first times but I loved it. Some weeks later, I went to a store to buy an old fashioned-Spanish style coffee maker. A perfect combination for my Aerolatte! For Right-handers it is fine
This is my second electric tea kettle.My first, a Russell-Hobbs, was a great workhorse but it broke down after about 10 years of regular use--not bad.I wonder if this new kettle will meet that.The handle seems only lightly attached to the body--but I've had no problems yet. tea pot from heaven

Great Little Gadget
This really works, and we get a lot of use out of it. As other reviewers have said, it does take a little experimenting to get the hang of it, but it's well worth it. The only thing I might add is while I have finally gotten to the point where I am getting good frothy milk, I don't know if I would go as far as saying the end product is exactly like a coffee house latte or cappuccino. But it's darn close, and a hell of a lot cheaper.
