Great pot!
Just the right size for a lot of things---from chili to a brisket to boiling macatoni. Although not as heavy as regular Calphalon products, it's still a great addition to my pots and pans. I haven't tried using it in the oven yet but it's been great for everything else I've made in it.

A great pot, but a little small for pasta.
Excellent craftsmanship distingishes this pot in terms of quality, but it is a little shallow to cook more than one package of pasta at a time.

Almost perfect
I've got this one and the 10 1/4" skillet.For a family of 5, this size is perfect.It easily handles 3 lbs. of ground beef, a double batch of Hamburger Helper, or 8 small chicken breasts.This is the pan I reach for most often.However, it's not quite perfect.I'm having a devil of a time getting pancakes to cook evenly.Others have mentioned uneven heating due to it's size, and I've wondered the same thing.If the only flaw in this pan is imperfect pancakes, I can easily live with it and find a more suitable pan for the pancakes.This is my "go to" pan whenever I'm cooking for our crew; can't imagine cooking without it.It browns & carmelizes beautifully.

Good but Not Perfect
I've used this pan for about four years now.I use it exclusively and it is easy to care for ***AS LONG AS*** you keep acidic foods such as tomato sauce and wine out of it.If you ever partially take off the seasoning with an acidic food, what a ***CHORE*** it is to get the seasoning right again.You will have to SCRAPE off the remaining seasoning somehow and reseason all over again (which is no big deal if you cook sausage or bacon).I messed up the seasoning in my cast iron dutch oven and I never did manage to get it right again -- maybe if I set aside two hours and used steel wool or something else requring a lot of elbow grease.

What you see is what you get!
For the money you pay, it's an excellent buy! The zipper is loose ended on one side (have no idea why!) and if you're not careful you might rip the pockets but it's good enough for in-house use. I'd recommend it to my friends!

Simple and convenient
As other reviewers have stated, the "pages" are very thin and the zipper does have a bit of a tail on it, however these are minor inconveniences.The capacity is excellent for the price as well as the durability of the binder itself.I definitely think it's worth the money--much better than a $40 P.O.S. commonly found at Walmart.Personally, I use it for housing DVDs and it certainly does its job.I'm going to order another one for Xbox and Playstation games.Great space saver!

A must-have for the latte-lover
This may seem like a silly thing to want, but the Krups pitcher is just the right size and shape to make good frothed milk for lattes, cafe au lait or capucchino. The shape is just the right height to put the nozzle under the milk and get either steamed milk or frothed milk. It fits well under the steam outlet in my DeLonghi coffee machine or under the nozzle on the espresso maker. We clip the insta-read thermometer to the side to get the right temperature milk.

Makes things simple
I really like the size of this sauteuse because it allows me to do a lot of cooking (frying, stir fry, sauces, boiling, etc) with little mess.I haven't noticed any changes in the nonstick coating, but for $20, this is easily replaceable.

Great Product
I must admit. I was a little skeptical about what kind of quality I was going to get by spending over $20 for this thing. The quality far exceeded my expectaions, as it is a hefty, sturdy, well made product. It works well.

Tender at LAST!
I'm blown away! With 48 blades, this product really does the job quickly and quietly.No more BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! echoing off the walls which only produced a flat but still tough piece of meat.I'd gladly pay twice the cost for the Deni because it works!It's very sturdy, very sharp and easy to clean in the DW.I'm using cheaper cuts of meat sucessfully in recipes I had stored away because of toughness or price.Marinating is faster and more effective, cooking time can be reduced.Keep it away from kids.Protect your countertop.The best kitchen gadget I ever bought!!!

I use the tenderizer every time I grill meat.It really works like a charm.And you get a li'l work out in too.The only drawback is cleaning.I seem to remember reading that it is easy as tossing into dishwasher.Well, youwill find small pieces of meat stuck between the blades.Be careful with this since it is raw meat.It is easily disassenbled to be further cleaned.Or just use an old toothbrush to dislodge meat.Oh yeah.Blades are REALLY sharp.Be careful. ... green mountain signature coffee variety
Our coffee shipment arrived last week in good shape with an expiration of 02/2007 (I was worried about the expiration date based on another reviewer's experience).There are two boxes that contain 24 cups each with a total of three roasts (one light, one medium, one dark).We really like the medium roast Vermont Country Blend and mild roast Breakfast Blend, especially when we set our Keurig B70 to the extra large (11.25 oz) cup size.The French Roast is also good for those who prefer darker roasts.This is an excellent value (48 cups for approx $17 plus our shipping was free...better than anywhere else I've looked) especially if you drink a lot of non-flavored coffee and your household members have different roast preferences.

After reading the previous review, I was a bit skeptical about the coffee and expiration date, but decided to try it because it was such a great price.I just received my order and the expiration date is 03/07. Was Great At First
I have had two of these for a year now and after using about 3 times a week,I can tell a difference in performance.Mostly used to cook breakfast,you know the healthy stuff,bacon,eggs and hashbrowns.Foods are starting to stick a little.If they stay like this,it'll be O.K.I can only envision what happens to teflon pans,because that's all I've had in the past..getting worse,but these are not teflon.

This machine is not much heavier than any cr@ppy vacuum cleaner I've bought from Wally World. why all the complaints? I mean, when old people complain about this great machine being "too heavy", I get it. Old people complain about everything. The rest of you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Great for dogs and hardwood (Carpet too)
The day it came we vacuumed the hard wood floors in our house and I was shocked at how well it worked. The floors actually feel clean for a change, not crunchy like they use to feel when we would sweep or use the old vacuum. Since we have 2 active dogs, the animal was the choice for us. It works well on our labs course hair and especially well on our Australian shepherd's fine and wispy hair. The thing about the Dyson, that makes it so good with pets, is that not only does is suck well (And let me tell you does it suck, my mother almost sucked the hose inside out) but it doesn't blow any dust back into the air or the hair on the floor around as you try to vacuum it. We don't have to dust near as much because there is just less dust in the air. I didn't really think all the reviews I read could be true, but let me tell you this is a great vacuum.

The best, but noisy
The only thing preventing a complete 5 star from me for this excellent freezer is the fact that it is incredibly noisy.It sounds like a cement mixer and since it is from Cuisinart, I figured it wouldn't make much more noise then sending up the window on a Mercedez Benz.Oh well.
So much delight for so little investment
This ice cream maker is great! I brought it all the way to Taiwan on a plane. I used the recipe for strawberry ice cream from the Cuisinart Recipe Booklet, but instead of using strawberries, I used the combination of passion fruit and mangos. The resulting ice cream is so exotic and tasty that my friends could not get enough of it.

Good quick picker-upper
I bought this to use between vacuumings.I hate dragging out the big vacuum just to clean up little crumbs and such on the carpeting.This sweeper does a great job on crumbs and things on the carpeting and hard floor.The only thing I've noticed is it doesn't really pick up fuzz and stuff off of the carpet, so I have to pick those up by hand anyway.I was surprised, though, how much hair it picks up off of the carpet...it mostly gets stuck in the brushes and you have to pick it out, but at least it's picking it up!It's super easy to empty, too, and my [...] year old daughter loves using it!!

This is a great everyday in between your regular vaccuum sweeper. It picks up almost everything. I love it and it makes the carpet so smooth after you run over it with the Bissell. My wife hates bugs, and I bought this for her. But I liked it so much I ordered another one and will buy more for my parents. The best thing about Bug Zapper is that you don't have to deal with the 'bug juice' (if you swat them), and you don't need to wait for the bugs to land and wait for your swat. I even used it near a bee hive, and it was the best defense against them. A few cautions - 1) don't zap yourself, it's pretty painful, 2) don't hit metal objects, you'll see sparks flying (incl. some windows - "Low-E" windows have metallic coating), 3) you can't kill fruit flies with this zapper since it has horizontal bars that these small bugs pass through. However, you can find double or triple meshed version on ebay or sharper image if you have the urge to kill all sizes of bugs. 4) some big bugs need extended roasting - I've seen a few biggies come back to life after a brief coma.

Works great, very easy to use
Not sure why others are calling it cheaply made.I put one up about 6 months ago, it looks great, it works great, and the rope is plenty strong for what it needs to do.I am extremely pleased, and I'm going to buy another one very soon.

Great idea but Poor quality
I love the concept here but have an issue with the screws, rope, and rivets like many others. It's very obvious that these are made with the cheapest quality parts and yes they're from CHINA. I've got two of them up and functioning from the box but would certainly be nervous to leave a bike hanging over something valuable (like a car).
Good for the price
These hangers are light duty (50lb) and work exactly as advertised.Although others had complained about the ropes being frayed, mine seemed to be of acceptable quality.The screws were cheap and easily stripped out, so I had to use a few of my own.They worked fine for my kid's bikes.They're good, not great, but they are very nicely priced (especially with free shipping).I would buy again. ...
