5-0 out of 5 stars yes, it does toast
After trying 4 toaster ovens, this one is a charm. I tried both Toastmast and Delongi toaster/ovens which did not toast; you get dried out bread but no toast.Maybe it was just those units, but the Delongi brand says in the booklet that you need at least 7 minutes for toast-it still didn't toast after that time and if it had that's a long time for toast in the morning!Toastmaster did not toast at all, dried out the bread, and has a loud timer clicking away as the unit is working.I also tried the Black and Decker big size oven/toaster/broiler.This after 5 minutes on medium gave a very light hint of toast color on the downside of the bread and no toasting on the other side. Then I tried this smaller size Black and Decker and got toast on both sides at medium setting (3 1/2min).I have a larger size toaster/oven/broiler (Krups) which is great for cooking and baking and on hot days when we don't want the oven on in the kitchen.I don't use it for toast because it is on a table in the kitchen inconvenient for a fast breakfast.I wanted a small toaster oven that fits on the counter right next to the coffee pot. This Black & Decker is perfect for toast. My last one was a B&D that gave out after 8 years use.I couldn't find another one right away so I tried those other brands.Black and Decker is still the best. Also, the timer is quiet and the bell is not too loud.

1-0 out of 5 stars Not a Durable Toaster Oven
The first oven didn't work at all. The second of the same model would not get hot. This product is not durable - the fram is flimsy and not assembled properly.

1-0 out of 5 stars burnt toast
I don't like this at all!!It burns the bottom of things before the top is even done toasting.Save your money!!! ... Read more

Ideal for dinner parties of two or four, this breadmaker produces aromatic, piping hot fresh bread in 45 minutes. Compact enough to easily fit on a countertop (or table!), the appliance produces loaves that are 3-1/2 inches by 5-1/2 inches and 4-1/2 inches tall, just the right size for intimate dinner parties. The oval bread pan gives the loaves a distinctive shape and a little dimple. Operation is as easy as putting the dough into the breadmaker and pressing two buttons, and several recipes are included, such as sunflower oat wheat, Swiss-jalapeño, and feta cheese--and nutritional information for each recipe is also included. The directions are extensive, complete with a troubleshooting guide. The breadmaker's viewing window is especially nice, and lets you watch your bread take shape. 5-0 out of 5 stars FANTASTIC MACHINE
I have used bread machines for 15 years. My favorite thing about them:The ease of making fresh bread (my favorite food) and how it tasted freshly made; and the smell when it is baking. My least favorite things: the often large and oddly shaped loaves, and how it tasted a couple of days later.

Until I bought this machine, my favorite machine bread was "the 58 minute loaf" that my present machine makes.I love the quickness and the lovely somewhat yeasty taste.

So as you can imagine, the Just For Dinner Breadmaker is a combination of all of my favorite bread machine aspects. It is fun, it is quick, it is delicious, it is eaten in two days, then I get to try a new recipe.

I ordered my machine on Saturday, May 14th and opted for the free (slower) shipping. My machine arrived at 7PM on May 19th.At 8PM I had my first loaf, perfectly shaped and browned, wheat bread cooling on the rack.My husband and I ate almost the entire loaf, it was so good. The next morning I made the buttermilk wheat loaf.It was JUST as perfect.

I highly recommend this excellent machine.

5-0 out of 5 stars Go ahead, experiment!
I have been using my little guy at least a couple of times a week for months and have NEVER made a bad loaf of bread. That said, I stopped using the recipe book after the first two loaves.I use the generic formula of flour, liquid, fat, sweet, salt and yeast as a springboard for the imagination.I have used many varieties and combinations of whole grain flours whithout cutting them with white flour. I have added cooked whole grains and raw or cooked seeds, nuts, and fruit.I don't bother with milk powder; instead I use milk, sour milk, buttermilk, soy milk, or the whey from yogurt as the liquid. For the fat I have used a variety of vegetable oils, melted butter, and melted shortening.I have succesfully used a teaspoon of sugar instead of a tablespoon. I have substituted brown sugar, honey, molassas, even a fruit reduction for the sweetener.

I add all of the wet/moist ingredients together in a bowl, microwave to reach the recommended temperature, then transfer to bread machine insert. Then I combine all of the dry ingredients and microwave for a few seconds to take take the chill off as I store my grainy things in the freezer.Dry on top of wet, jiggle it down level, and into the machine.Use that opportunity at the initiation of the continuous mixing cycle to check on how the ingredients are coming together and adjust the wet/dry ratio accordingly.

One reviewer complained that you can't make rolls or buns; not so!Preheat your oven when you start the machine. (I get it to ~400 degrees F.)When it beeps that it is ready to begin the bake cycle, turn the bread machine off, dump the dough out onto a floured or oiled surface, make whatever shape you want and pop it into the oven. (I use a baking stone.)I have made dinner rolls, sandwich rolls, flat bread, bread sticks, even crackers!I am going to experiment with bagels next.

Use your common sense. If you have ingredients with inherent moistness, fat, sweetness or saltiness, cut your liquid, fat, sweetener or salt. The more you play, the better you will get at making bread products customized exactly to your personal tastes.

5-0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Perfect
I wanted a small-scale machine that would make a modest size bread of good quality. This machine totally fits the bill.Foolproof (I never used a bread machine before at all), quick, quiet.I have nothing I would want to be different about this item.I'd highly recommend it for singles and couples who want to make high-quality bread at home. ... Editorial Review

After three days with Black & Decker's Flavor Scenter, I had used it to perfectly steam asparagus, artichokes (flavored with garlic in the steamer's flavor screens), and leeks. Though I doubted its usefulness when I first got it, I was a convert! This is an extremely useful appliance, a real boon especially to those trying to eat more healthily. The steam bowl's oblong shape perfectly holds vegetables, such as asparagus and corn, as well as three (or six, when layered) mid-size artichokes, which fit in upright. The rice cooker bowl is slightly smaller but can still hold 7 cups of cooked rice. Put water in the base and vegetables, seafood, or rice in the steamer; set the timer according to the instruction manual; and have your hands free until it rings. As an added feature, two small screens below the bowl can be filled with herbs to scent and flavor whatever's cooking. This cooker would also be ideal in a starter kitchen or dorm room, where its multiple uses would really come in handy. It's dishwasher-safe, but because it doesn't ever come near grease, it's easily wiped clean. --Maria Dolan ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Its amazing!!!!
Hi
My family is really enjoying the food after we got this cooker. Its amazing.I soley use this cooker to cook rice.Actually I'm used to cook rice in electric cooker. Now,after I got this slow cooker I dont think I'll ever go back to the electric one.The rice is so fluffy that I'm really relishing my meal everyday. Its more than worth for 19 bucks. At the same time it has its own disadvantage in time consuming.Ya to cook 2 cups of rice it nearly takes 45-50 min.Other than this fact its worth buying.

5-0 out of 5 stars Rice Rescue!
I have been wanting a rice steamer and am so happy to have treated myself to this B&D one! It really does a great job on rice, much better than the boil-in-the-pot rice I have always settled for. The rice is delicious after being steamed. It works wonderfully well on veggies too! I'm trying it on those dry boring boneless skinless chicken breasts next!

5-0 out of 5 stars Great for bums like me who don't cook
This was bought for me for my birthday by a woman I shall only refer to as She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed. I don't cook. I turned my gas oven off years ago. However, I found this thing is great, and easy to use. Contrary to other reviews, I found it cooks rice -- and everything else -- in a hour. Dump everything in the bowl and twist the timer. An hour later-- ding! A hot meal. And this is from a guy whose ideal of a hot meal is a fast-food hamburger. I don't even need a stove with this thing. I just dump all kinds of beans and vegetables in it --voila' -- I have bean soup. Dang, anybody can be a halfway decent cook with this thing.

For those who already have the Cuisinart SmartPower blender, this is an awesome addition to an already versatile kitchen tool. This food-processor attachment is used in place of the blender pitcher, and fits perfectly on the base of SPB-7 series blenders. Along with the work bowl, it comes with a chopping blade and a reversible disk for slicing or shredding. From piecrust to potato salad, there are plenty of dishes that a food processor makes short work of, but that short blender blades simply can't handle. 5-0 out of 5 stars WORKS GREAT!
I purchased this attachment when I bought a much needed new blender and am glad I did.It is small, but I didn't need a large food processor taking up valuable cupboard space. It is a great size for chopping vegetables, etc.If I have a lot to do, I simply chop in batches.I would recommend this to family and friends.I think the blender/processor would make a wonderful wedding gift.

4-0 out of 5 stars Just My Size Food Processor
I am single and when I cook for one or two I enjoy this Cuisinart Food Processor. It is easy to clean and doesn't take up a lot of space. Excellent for dicing or pureeing tomatoes, herbes, and vegetables from my summer garden for sauces too. When I have extra I just add some olive oil to the batch and instant pesto. I can freeze the pesto for later use. The food processor has plenty of power for those smaller jobs. ... Read more

OXO Good Grips 70981 2-Cup Angled Measuring Cup

Editorial Review

A brilliant innovation, this 2-cup measuring vessel is not round but oval. That means calibrations are printed on the cup's sides, as is conventional, as well as on a patented guide inside the cup that's angled so it can be read from above. The result is that this cup doesn't have to be held up--or bent down to--in order to determine how much liquid it contains. While Oxo guarantees satisfaction with a money-back guarantee, there's no reason to return this product. It's better than any other measuring cup. Moreover, it has a slip-resistant handle for when hands are wet, and it's made of rugged, dishwasher-safe plastic, with calibrations in both standard measurements and metric. --Fred Brack ... 5-0 out of 5 stars User-friendly kitchen gadget
I agree with the first reviewer that the OXO is a cleverly designed measuring cup! The stylish figure caught my eye at the store.Checking its form, I was very attracted to the ability to read the measure from above. With a special needs child in the family, on a restricted diet, we measure every single meal and beverage. It's so wonderful to no longer have to bend over, check the measure, pour a little liquid out, pour some more back in, etc., etc.

Sure, Pyrex cups are classic. I also own them. But their weight and bulk deter me from using them daily.Another reason I don't reach for them is that I'm plagued with weak wrists and chronic nerve pain. The OXO is not comparable to Pyrex. But if we are rating this nifty OXO cup for what it WAS INVENTED FOR (to measure liquids quickly and easily), I adore it. It gets used in our kitchen at least once per day. It's well balanced. The handle feels good in my grasp. More durable and user-friendly than others in this price range. To its credit, the OXO has done just fine with the hottest tap water and it has survived a few drops to the floor. Well worth the price I paid for it. In my opinion, this is a useful, every-day kitchen gadget for the busy non-gourmet. Definitely worth owning. Lastly, I'd like to second the notion that if OXO made a heat-safe glass version that weighed less than Pyrex, I'd buy it.OXO, my wrists thank you for focusing on ergonomic design!Keep up the good work.

1-0 out of 5 stars SHOULD HAVE BEEN, NEEDS TO BE, GLASS

This measuring cup was a great idea, except for its plastic construction. Plastic gives it several major drawbacks:

a.) You cannot put hot liquids into it.

b.) You cannot put it into a microwave (a little known fact: NEVER put any plastic container into a microwave, as plastic outgasses when heated and contaminates the food).

c.) It is too lightweight, top-heavy when filled and waaaay too easily knocked over.

We've gone back to our old Pyrex measuring cup. This one went into the garage sale pile.

OXO, build it out of glass, and we're there.

1-0 out of 5 stars Great idea, but sloppily manufactured
The markings along the side don't even match those seen from above. Not that this matters, because both are inaccurate. To the point that it can ruin a recipe for baked goods.

In short, it's a great idea, but this measuring cup is so sloppily manufactured that it's pretty much useless. ... Read more

This is no ordinary spatula--the bright red head tells you that immediately. Use it to stir up a pot of spaghetti sauce, and the spatula won't discolor. It's heat-resistant up to 400 degrees--great for long, slow stirring--so no fears of it melting or warping. You can also use it for tasting and scraping the walls of your nonstick cookware--it won't damage them.

The Good Grips line features durable, nonslip flexible handles on every product. Ergonomically designed to fit the palm comfortably and softly, the pressure-absorbing processed rubber handle puts less tension on the hands, while providing an outstanding grip. 1-0 out of 5 stars Quality problems
I purchased a few of these for myself and friends. From the day I got my spoon spatula it was my favorite kitchen tool, especially since I could use it when making sauces or frying onions and veggies. One day when making a non-meat tomato sauce the handle simply broke off leaving the handle in my hand and the spatula in the pot. I wrote to OXO about this twice in the last 2 months with no reply and this is most frustrating to me. Anyway, I am now using a KitchenAid product which feels much more sturdy and KitchenAid responds to e-mails IMMEDIATELY.

1-0 out of 5 stars OXO Good not so good this time
the spoon is great but the handle bends like a noodle.

3-0 out of 5 stars good and bad
Wow, another reviewer hit the nail on the head for me. I like this spoon, in theory. I like that it's red, because despite other claims, I've found that tomato sauce WILL stain my white and clear ones.

But, like they said. I never want to use it, because the shaft is so damn flimsy. That plus the handle is almost TOO thick, and the combination of the two I find myself holding it by the shaft. I think I prefer thinner instruments, since I've been using these cheapo spoons I got at the supermarket rather than all my ergonomic stuff (oxo, kitchenaid..)

Despite that, I would probably love it 100% if the shaft was totally rigid. The spoon part is flexible enough to make up for total ridgity in the shaft. (no snickering!) ... Read more

This chopper from Zyliss will make quick work of most small and medium chopping tasks, and, thanks to the unique comfort top, it won't bruise hands if lots of chopping is being done. The chopper stands 10-1/2 inches tall, with a 3-1/2-inch base, and is constructed of sturdy plastic and stainless steel, with a stainless-steel chopping blade. It's easy to use--just place the food in the base container and position the chopper snugly in the base. Then tap the top a few times until food is the desired size. The rustproof, stainless-steel blade rotates automatically after each tap. Since the chopping is contained in the base, the amount of mess is minimal. Also, the 1-cup base container comes with a lid for easy storing of chopped food. For simple cleanup, the sides of the chopper are hinged and the whole thing can go into the dishwasher. --A.J. 2-0 out of 5 stars yes, it chops, but not good with cleanup.
I was initially excited to use this product for chopping, but was disappointed with it in the end. (Luckily it was just a gift.) It does chop up items, but not without equalor greater effort that you might use to cut things on a cutting board. I tried to use walnuts, and they become lodged up in the blades. I honestly can't wedge them out now, so it's not easy to clean. A better option for efficient chopping: get a ulu (cutting board and knife/blade)and you can cut things quickly because you don't have to hold them and cleanup is easy.

5-0 out of 5 stars probably the most used gadget in my kitchen
I have had a lot of different choppers and not been pleased with any. This is the BEST! I use it daily, from garlic to onions to nuts.. you name it.. it goes in there. When I'm done I disassemble and throw it in the dishwasher. I have two and have not had a problem with either. If you want things in big chunks, you only press the plunger a couple times.. really fine, keep going. It does a wonderful job and no kitchen, in my opinion, should be without one.

2-0 out of 5 stars Wayyyy overpriced!
The first time I tried this chopper was in the middle of throwing a dinner party -- I was making salsa fresca and needed to chop lots of tomatoes, onions, and cilantro -- what a MESS!The chopper handles "crisp" things like apples and onions and raw potatoes okay (unfortunately, only in very small quantities, so it's usually more time-efficient to just do them by hand), but with anything slightly softer like tomatoes -- forget it.It's also sort of a pain to clean.I'd price this item at $5.99 and THEN consider recommending it! ... 3-0 out of 5 stars bad temperature controller
I'm currently having the same problem with the temperature control being stuck/not working. At first, it was just hard to turn, but now it will NOT turn off, and is permanently stuck at "level 4" heat and will not go any lower (if I push hard, it'll go higher, and I can push it back to level 4, but that's it.), so the only way I can turn it off is by unplugging it while it's still hot, which is very scary, and thus I have stopped using it after I saw sparks fly the last time I tried to unplug it :/ (and after reading other reviews about the fuse breaking, I'm especially glad I stopped using it)

Anyhow, I WILL say that it worked perfectly fine for at least a year or two, and I only paid about $30-40 or so for it, so I guess for the price, I got as much as I should have expected.

This Ronco dehydrator dries everything from fruits and vegetables to meats and seafood to flowers and herbs to flour-and-water dough for crafts. It makes beef jerky (and other jerkies) and, with the aid of a little unpasturized yogurt as a starter, it also makes yogurt. This 5-tray model is a medium-size convection-air dehydrator, as opposed to the 10- and 15-tray models that use motorized fans, and runs silently. It can take a day or two to dry apple slices, which may be longer than a motorized-fan unit. Up to five trays can be stacked on the base, and then the unit plugs into a wall socket. The included trays are 12-1/2 inches in diameter, the unit is 12-3/4 inches high, and instruction/recipe booklets come with it. For fruit rollups and dried herbs and flowers, special trays and screens can be ordered separately. --Fred Brack ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Wonderful machine...A+
I have used Ronco dehydrators for 10 years. For the fellow who had trouble with his beef jerky burning. The only thing I can thing of is that maybe he did not leave the top and bottom vents open...I have run tons of meat through the dehyrdrator and never had a bit of trouble....Try deer, moose, and bear jerky. Yumm.

Well, got my unit last night and open it to find two of the five trays had shattered, presumably during shipment. I was surprised as the shipping box showed no signs of crush or other damage. I requested a replace ment and shall review the next units condition as well as, hopefully, its function.

I am absolutely delighted with this product!I had been using my oven to dehydrate liver for dog treats. After I gave some to a friend she mentioned that her dog liked them so well she had purchased a dehydrator to make some herself.I shopped around a little and chose this one mainly just because Ron Popeil is so successful I figured he must be selling good stuff. This little unit made beautiful dehydrated liver in half the time it took in my oven.I can't wait for summer to try it with my home-grown herbs and flowers! ... Editorial Review

The Instant Marinater quickly marinates meats orvegetables, letting you off the hook when you want aflavorful meal but didn't plan ahead. To marinate meat, simply place it with the marinade inside the dish, close thelid tightly, insert the pump, and pull the air out. Thevacuum causes the pores of the meat to open, allowing it toquickly absorb the marinade. The Instant Marinater is alsogreat for storing foods, as the vacuum helps keep meat freshand vegetables crisp. It is freezer-, microwave-, anddishwasher-safe. --Jane DePaolo ... Read more

1-0 out of 5 stars Be Careful!
I think some of the other reviews mentioned this, but pumping too much can cause this item to implode. It happened to me after the fourth or fifth time I used it.Now, up until this point it was a great item, and worked exactly as advertised, but for this thing not to have a simple safety valve built in is just silly.Or at least make the structure stronger.Me and the wife bought one of those vacumn sealer machines instead, and it works as well (if not better), and with greater versatility than the instant marinator. So save your money, and buy something else instead. =-(

5-0 out of 5 stars This thing ROCKS !!@#$%^
I was taking a cooking class at Viking Home Chef and the instructor usually mentions a kitchen tool or product that they are using for that day's class.Of course, they are trying to sell you product.

So, I was a bit skeptical about this thing...Now, I am a believer!I gilled some flank steak that I marinaded llast night for about 30 minutes using the Intant Marinader is AWESOME!It really does work very, very well.

The trick is to place the meat & marinade into the marinader and pump out the air and THEN RELEASE THE VACUUM(NEGATIVE PRESSURE).
By vaccuming out the all of air in the marinader (and the meat), you are actaully opening all the pores in the meat. And when you release the Vacuum pressure the meat immediately absorbs the marinade into the meat. Each time you pump AND RELEASE the air pressure is equal to about an hour of normal marinating time.

Last night, I pumped and relased six times(=6 hours of marinating) while the grill was heating up.Mmmm yummmay!

BUY ONE OF THESE THINGS!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars I loved it so much I gave it away and bought another!
Its true, I really loved the little marinater, but my daughter had gotten into a lot of backyard grilling so I gave it to her and they loved it too.Now I miss it so much that I'm buying another one. ... Read more

Editorial Review

Properly cutting cheese requires specialized tools, as any partygoer confronted by a wheel of Stilton and a butter knife knows. This set cuts all cheeses with precision and without mess. The set's pointed knife will break up that Stilton into consumable pieces and accomplish the same with aged cheddars, Parmesans, and pecorinos--any hard, firm, or crumbly cheese. A narrow-bladed knife cleanly slices pieces from blocks of semisoft and semifirm cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, jack, and Jarlsberg. A wide-bladed knife works the same for soft, crumbly cheeses. The three knives run from 5-inches overall to 5-1/4-inches. With their light-finish handles and polished blades they kick a party's get-it quotient up more than a notch. --Fred Brack ... Read more

Prodyne White Marble Cheese Slicer

list price: $13.99

Editorial Review

Say cheese! Prodyne's white marble cheese slicer is easy to use, thanks to its simple and graceful design. Be aware, however, that marble colors vary, so your "white" marble may turn out to be gray. But whatever the color, the solid and substantial marble base keeps cheese cool, while the built-in stainless-steel cutting wire sinks easily into both hard and soft cheeses. The wire is not only replaceable, it is covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage. --Matthew Evans ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars need larger one
I just brought a cheese slicer to slice the block of cheese my friend brought back to me.But the block was to big for the slicer.Do you make a larger slicer for a block that is about ten pounds. It measure about 7" by 14" long? If you do would you give me the price onone? Thank you.

1-0 out of 5 stars Arrived broken
I never got to try this because it arrived with a broken wire.

1-0 out of 5 stars Spares kit needed
This item should come with a roll of stainless steel wire and a tube of "super glue". The second time I used it the wire broke and one of the foot pads feel off. My main regret is that I didn't believe the other reviewers who all seemed to have similar problems. My advive to Amazon would be to drop the Prodyne line of products. ... Read more

Consisting of a plastic container and a stainless-steel,fine-mesh strainer, this simple unit converts 3 cups of yogurt into 1cup of thick, creamy yogurt cheese in about 24 hours of refrigeration.(Thickening continues for 24 hours, though a thinner yogurt cheeseresults in as little as 2 hours.) The yogurt cheese then becomes ahealthful, calcium-rich, low-fat alternative to cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and even whipping cream. It can be used as aspread, in salad dressings, to top baked potatoes, mixed with fruit, and to make cheesecake. The unit works by allowing the whey (liquid) inyogurt to drain away, leaving the curds behind. The container isdishwasher-safe and seals to prevent odor transfer while it's in therefrigerator. EZ to use, and I use it regularly, so it's worth the money. I highly recommend it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Yum - Perfect Yogurt Cheese in a Few Hours
After purchasing Donvier's yogurt maker, I thought this cheese maker would help me turn my softer yogurt into something thicker, a facsimile of the yogurt I tasted in Turkey and Greece.I was right -- after making my own preservative and additive free yogurt in my Donvier yogurt maker, I simply poured all eight containers into the compact cheesemaker, closed the lid and let it stay overnight in the refrigerator.Voila, the next morning, I had a perfectly creamy spread to put on my whole grain toast.I used Total Greek yogurt as my starter, so my yogurt very nearly reached the perfection I have been seeking: creamy, tart and no added sugar.
If you are a food perfectionist or simply do not like to buy any product loaded with corn syrup or any of the other usual suspects commonly used by manufacturers to up the taste for the general public, you will find purchasing the Donvier yogurt and cheese maker well worth the price.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great snack and appetizer maker!
I love yogurt, and now that I have this lebna maker I can have the perfect yogurt treat anytime. My friends and family have grown to love the cheese too, so I like to serve it as an appetizer when they come over. It can hold a whole large container of yogurt at once (Danon has worked best so far).

I have tried using all types of yogurt with this product, including organic and European style - which are too "runny" in some cases (they can't hold up to the strainer too well).I also make my own yogurt occasionally which is "hit and miss".Danon is more readily available, but the Middle Eastern yogurt (found at international grocery stores) produces the perfect tart cheese (the way I like it).

Either way, try stirring in a little ground sea salt before you pour the yogurt into the cheese maker. When it's reduced by about half from draining, scoop out and top with plenty of cracked pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with Middle Eastern style flat bread (toasted crisp)! Yummy!

Sit down. Take off your shoes. Use a big toe to turn on this electric foot massager. (There's a toe-friendly on/off switch at the bottom.) Use that toe to select the intensity of the foot massage you desire (high or low). Cold feet? Direct the toe to the infrared switch for muscle-relaxing, penetrating heat. Now lean back and run your tired, aching feet over the massager's vibrating surface while different-size bumps rejuvenate you according to the ancient practice of reflexology (or, if you don't accept reflexology's tenets, soothingly stimulate your feet). This durable plastic device measures 14 by 12 inches and is angled so your feet rest comfortably while you're seated. The massager carries a two-year warranty against defects. --Fred Brack ... 2-0 out of 5 stars Cheap product...beware!!
I used this product for about 2 1/2 months before it crapped out.Now it won't even turn on.I'll admit though it was nice to have under the desk while I worked but now it is a worthless piece of plastic. The heat function is nothing great either.Just a bunch of red LED lights for all I can tell.

If you want to buy a foot massager, it might be worth spending an extra 10 or 20 bucks.Although the HoMedics one when it works, isn't bad for the price...it's really a cheap product and will not last.

5-0 out of 5 stars Oh this is good!
I recently decided to indulge myself a little bit.Hey I'm 42 and have been raisng my kids, (and husband) diligently for a long time now.So on my birthday I slurged a bit on Amazon.I bought(and am highly recommending all of these): this amazing foot massager- heaven, singing lessons on CD- Voice Lessons To Go by Vaccarino because I was just tired of hiding my voice when we all would sing in the car, The Artist Way by Cameron so I could feel some sort of creativity for myself again, and the New Sex Now video (well that was for me and my husband).Well, happy happy. We should all splurge on ourselves just a bit sometimes.Aren't we worth it?
